I did a search and there's no such studio known as 7780's Studio. I'm convinced that it's Keiichiro Toyama's (creator of Silent Hill and Siren) PS4 game. It matches up with what he said he wanted to make for it

Plus there were a lot of rumors of a Japanese game being announced at gamescom, and we're pretty sure everything else isn't Japanese. Still, it just doesn't feel like it to me.

It's set in America but the clock is in the 24-hour cycle instead of the 12 and, despite having an American accent, the guy on the radio says 9-11 when referring to 9-1-1 (I believe) which indicates it wasn't written by an American...

But a localization team would've caught that so I don't know.

I mean, I know Toyama did not work on SH4, but that's a similar kind of vibe to the entire series.
