The lighting is fucking great, the ghost thing is so grounded in the environment.
There where multiple points near the end where i was kinda though i could see a silhouette in the darkness and then when you get a little closer and the torch(flashlight) illuminates the darkness there's just a fucking ghost thing standing there, moving in a fucked up way.

It's pretty cool how they just brought MAMA over into this teaser to show us that they can scare the crap out of us.
For the retail game, I hope they don't have frustrating moments that were a part of this teaser. As much as I enjoyed the teaser, there were moments where I didn't know what the hell I was supposed to do, and some trigger moments were so obscure no one could have figured it out without being told.
I still don't even know how to trigger the ending of the game to see the teaser for Silent Hill.
