Yeah, FBI is a definite. But probably also, CIA, NSA, and Homeland Security.

It's not DLC
Just an unlock code for in game content
Doesn't need to download
Look in your library and it will say it is already installed

Happens all the time
Ps4 always tries to download stuff that is just unlock codes

PS4 up and running, 15k people playing crappy calladoody, played one game to remind myself why i hate the people playing the game and not the game itself so much. Oh well, at least things are up and running.

I'm trying to set my console to Primary as advised by a lot here so next time if/when this happens I'll still be able to play my Diablo 3, and guess what?

It says that I've already set another device as my primary console. I just remember that I had to return my launch PS4 and get it replaced because a disc got stuck in it.

So what can I do now? I'm trying to access the account on the browser because I'm not next to my PS4 and won't be for the next 12 hours at least, and the servers are "down"

Would appreciate some help/guidance

I've heard you can deactivate it via the Playstation website. Let me see if I can find it.

doesn't it seem like PSN has been as stable as its ever been on PS4 since it went back up? all the names on my friends list pop right up as I scroll threw them. The live from playstation vids are loading up fast and messages are going threw fast.

Deactivating a system

You can deactivate your account from your PS4 or at http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/.

PS4: Select [PSN] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Deactivate] on an activated PS4™ system.
Sony Entertainment Website: Go to http://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/
Select [Deactivate All] under [Account] > [Media and Devices] for the type of content for which you want to deactivate all activated systems.

The bad news is it deactivates all your systems, so if you have a PS3 or a Vita I think you'll have to reactivate them.

Alright I synced all my Diablo trophies that I earned offline and downloaded First Light. I'm good now. Bring on maintenance and dat preload unlock tomorrow night!

For something that started with self-proclaimed ISIS members with poor grammar thinking they were making a statement about something, this has had a most uneventful end (for now). No more chaos, please, but someone getting arrested might be nice!

How about a fanfic movie starring the President of SOE? A psychological thriller about what was running through his mind as his life was threatened by "terrorists" and his plane made an emergency landing to prevent the explosives onboard from detonating! He tempted fate by tweeting out the situation while being held cyber-hostage and even developed Stockholm Syndrome ((as seen by his subscribing to the terrorists twitter feed)).

Really, anything at all. "And Sony restored service, The End" is quite a letdown after everything else.

So the PSN maintenance was delayed now. Who knows til when?

Also I was thinking about if this happened during destiny launch. Would've been a shit storm. It took people nearly a day or two to actually get in the beta. Servers for Sony(I think) were struggling those first two days. Now imagine on release a DDOS (without any of the anticipated launch issues with servers). It would be a shit storm.
