I don't even trust them to make an above average game. I loved both Borderlands games but this has "unnecessary" written all over it.
The Munchkin session in TTS with DunderHassan, AmRoD and Chris that we just finished was a blast. DunderHassan did a great job hosting and he was no doubt rewarded for it by coming from behind to win it after being stuck on level 1 for ages. Next session should be even better as we know the rules now and hopefully we can get some more gaffers in on the fun.

Totally agree. I really enjoyed both Borderlands but this one, I dunno. Really hope it'll be decent but I have a bad feeling.

I really hope MGS and Revelations 2 don't have season passes.
I did pretty good this month. Beat Borderlands 2 DLCs I hadn't finished, Defense Grid 2 + all DLCs, and some other stuff.
At this rate, my backlog will be complete in around thirty years.
I'm almost done with Painkiller Hell & Damnation and its DLCs--it's a lot better than I thought it would be, but at the same time, it is getting a bit on my nerves, just like Painkiller did.
I gotta admit, I'm not really sure why people liked Painkiller so much, now that I think about it. Sure, it's got some neat guns, but it's like if Serious Sam had bad maps and more boring enemies.
At this rate, my backlog will be complete in around thirty years.

Why are you so interested in the notion of getting three very similar games at the same time?
Seriously. I mean I liked Borderlands 1 and 2 (and almost all of the major DLC packs), but I wouldn't want to play them back to back, much less 3 of them.

Yeah, at this point I'm considering passing over Borderlands at release. While I'm more than happy with having more Borderlands in theory, I'm guessing I want a bit more change than this is bringing. At 50% or similar it's a different story, but right now I'm not in a position where I want to spend £60 on the game plus season pass, especially in the event of the game having more DLC than the season pass promises. I guess right now it's in a wait and see situation more than anything.
All this said however, I'll probably still end up trying to get in for any giveaways since I'm a shameless bastard in that regard.
On an unrelated note, for those of who more versed in Idle Master than I am, roughly how long should 59 games take would you estimate? I'm guessing I'll be lucky to get £10 from it all overall, but we'll see.

I find it funny people are picking on the Borderlands Season Pass when they are about the only company to deliver solid value for their season passes in the past. Yes, their GotY edition without all the DLC in it is silly, but they continued to support and release new content that people wanted for the game for a long time. I don't see people swearing off Civ Beyond Earth when they did exactly the same thing.
All that said, I'm in the "Wait for a deal" camp too, it does seem like a glorified stand-alone expansion and not something I really want to drop $50+ for right now, especially since I got the last one pre-order for only $36.
First time they've skipped a week in a while. Hopefully they'll return with the long overdue Humble Indie Bundle 12.

Bought it because I was salty I lost a giveaway. Was about to play it but gave up.
Yep. Still haven't finished it though. Have like 60 hours in it.
I think I'm gonna see how it runs on HDD first since the download is like a good 33gb, and my SSD is has 120 so it takes up a huge chunk a space. If anything I'm always usually able to move it later anyway

Wait, they didn't even finish character customisation?
I seriously spent probably 2 hours on the character customisation for Wasteland 2 and easily one hour for Divinity.
