Well, Ketsui was published by 5PB, not Cave, but you're right, I think there's no more exclusivity deal... assuming Cave is actually working on something. If they want to abandon the arcade market, I hope their arcade team is picked up by another publisher.

I have a feeling MS invested maybe 1% in XBO of what they did with 360 in Japan, no big exclusives (sans Scalebound) or JRPGs, not even a TGS conference... makes me kinda nostalgic about first few years of 360 in Japan, number of japanese exclusives system got back then seem so surreal now.

I would've given you The Last Remnant, but that came out on PC.

after the 360 being the first choice for shmups and jrpgs in the last gen until 2011....

They published the game, helped put together Feel Plus who did the brunt work of the technical development, funded the game and own the IP. How exactly is that a money hat? It's not like Mistwalker was an established developer before Microsoft partnered with them lmao.
Yeah but this is pretty much nothing comparing to all the exclusives that were announced around 360 launch in Japan back in 2005; DOA4, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Dead Rising, N3, Chromehounds, Enchanted Arm, Ridge Racer 6, Rumble Roses XX, Tenchu, Frame City Killer (lol) ... plus bunch of smaller stuff.
