He as in the player or he in that it was male trainer? At least it was grand finals. Means there must be potential. I've been trying to watch all I can in WFT. The character that brought me smash hype is the character getting my love again for hype and the release.

He just switched to female trainer out of nowhere. He didn't play with her throughout the tournament. Wii Fit Trainer has some good options, for sure. Huge space-controlling projectile. Her normals have different properties on each limb.
Got stuff to do? SETTLE IT IN SMASH!

I just played my first 1-on-1 via local multiplayer...
...there was a lot of lag. We were shocked. Several times we both sort of stopped to let the game get a hold of itself. That's the last thing I expected.

Sounds good. I'm really liking what I have seen. Seems like my sort of character for sure.

Are there? I asked a bunch of times but nothing ever came up; I remember I signed up for something looong ago (think it was SuperSah's idea), but I dunno if we're still doing that. I'm really sad I ended up being late for the Bash Sisters one, never entered a Smash tournament before and, even though I suck, it should be fun.

Really bad local mp seems to be fairly common though. Have heard a lot of issues about it. Looks like you have to be right in front of each other.
Yeah, I saw your post up above.
While I'm pretty sure I won't be playing local much, it is something I want to know isn't totally broken.

I played local mutliplayer with the demo with a friend and thought it went great. Had no complaints what so ever.
