Your link is off for the "General" one.

The Animal Crossing Halloween song rendition is really bad compared to the N64/GCN version.

Fuck I just bought two themes tonight and now I'm probably going to buy more

I never would have guessed that they would get me to pay money for these things

Wow, this was a real suprise. That Zelda theme is such a treat that I had to download it. I feel like these themes won't make it to other regions though, which is a shame D:

I buy cakes for myself on my birthday it's not weird lots of people do it I bet
S-spooky!

Makes me wish Nintendo had a dedicated "Halloween" IP. Guess Luigi's Mansion is that, in a way, but I don't know if it'll ever really take off since I felt 2 was kind of middling.

Holiday themes -- of course! People will definitely buy multiple themes and change them over the seasons. Pretty good money maker it seems.

I like the Zelda one a lot. I wonder if Nintendo will talk about how well these themes are selling at their next financial briefing. I imagine making these themes is a fast and low cost operation so the potential upside must be crazy.

As much as I love the Hanafuda theme, I might just have to switch to that Zelda theme for the rest of the month..

I hope they branch out to some of their more niche franchises for these 3DS themes. The Zelda one is cool, but I would love to see one based on Threed from EarthBound. It would be perfect for Halloween

Wasn't too keen on the normal paid themes, but would probably pick all three of these up just to have them available if NOA releases them.

If they're going to keep this up, they need to implement a "shuffle" feature, a "playlist" feature, and a "calendar" feature.

"Shuffle"
Load a random theme (from a list of your favorites) every time you return to the HOME Menu. (Or maybe a new theme every time you change software titles.)

"Playlist"
Make a list of your favorite themes and set them to cycle in sequence after set amounts of time or a certain amount of game launches. Maybe assign certain themes to specific titles.

"Calendar"
Set themes of your choosing to automatically be set on certain days of the year. Have your new Halloween theme automatically show up every October from now on!
