What game has the most obnoxiously loud logo/startup sounds?

Bulletstorm. It's been years since I last played it and I still remember how goddamn loud the startup screen was, and worst of all... it was unskippable!

Dragon's Dogma menu music after the soft piano bit. I can't hit start fast enough to get past that screen, but it's never fast enough.

I hate that the PS3 and PS4 have a hardware start up sound, you cant turn off. Trying to play some games quitely with family members sleeping, it becomes annoying.

BF3? and BF4 are obnoxious as well.

I hear ya. My tv also does the same thing too so I've got that along with the console noise.

Yeah TV too? fuck that.

Ive heard PS start up sound is for error code troubleshooting or whatever you call it. But why not just make the sound when there is an error or problem. Or do different flashing lights like other electronics and consoles

One very recent example is The Evil Within. The initial two startup splash screens are obnoxiously loud as shit. Good thing you can disable them with the startup options on PC at least.

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (at least in the Wii U version)

Every time I start it up, I'm always taken aback by how loud that initial hit of music is when they show Sonic in front of his car and stuff. Maybe I just have my TV on initially too loud, but I never feel like the rest of the game is as loud.

I actually deleted Double Dragon Neon because of its horrifyingly loud XMB music. I loved the game, got every trophy and then deleted it so it wouldn't scare me half to death ever again.

Quantum Continuum, same problem but not nearly as much hesitation when I deleted it.

Bf3 and bf4 but the tune pumps you up before gointo war

That plus Keanu reeves on the boot up screen

Dishonored on the PC. The dev splash plays a sound that is stupidly loud. To make matters worse, your volume settings don't take effect until you get to the main menu, after your eardrums have been shattered.

With WWE 2K14, your sound settings wouldn't load till you got past the opening screen. Same with other 2K sports games IIRC. So the intro would be wicked loud then finally it would be quiet when you go to the menus. In WWE it was a lot worse because the music was horrible 90s/2000s-style WWE rock.

Yeah, Neon's XMB music kills me!

As I'm currently playing it, and it keeps pissing me off, Fallout 2. It doesn't let me change my sound after I launch it, and my laptop has terrible speakers so they're usually on full blast. It's tinny and loud and awful.

The All-Out Attack in Persona 3 seems really loud and obnoxious compared to everything else in the game. I kinda hate the programmer that made that animation unskippable. Having to listen to it in almost every battle is intolerable.

"Weiss you dumbass, you better start making sense you rotten book or you're gonna be sorry. Maybe I'll rip your pages out one by one, or maybe I'll put you in the goddamn furnance. How can someone with such a big, smart brain be hypnotized like a little bitch, huh? Oh, Shadowlord, I love you Shadowlord. Come over here and give Weiss a big sloppy kiss, Shadowlord. Now pull you're head out of your goddamn ass and start fucking helping us!"

Edit. You hear this when you start the game and later during the story when its a bit more relevant.
