It's a free game about Depression, called Depression Quest, created to help others learn to live and deal with the disease. She does take donations, and was accused of lying about giving those donations to charity. However, the charity confirmed the donations were actually received

Trying to turn charity donations into some sort of measurement of how moral a group really is, in an attempt to cover up their otherwise prevalent, morally reprehensible behavior, and make "the other side" look bad, isn't the worst thing they've ever done. I didn't donate to any of the ones they list in that picture if that's what they mean. Then sure, I've donated $0 to things like giving games to kids because I don't think giving games to first world hospitals is all that important to spend my limited funds on.

I choose to give to relief funds and medical research and animal protection instead.
