Mega stones aren't version exclusive and all of them from XY can be found in game? Purchase fucking confirmed.

Trae restrictions only apply to ORAS exclusive moves/items right? That means I can transfer all my Life Orbs and stuff with no problem?

Correct, you can trade items from XY to ORAS with no issues.

They could have at least adjusted movepools or stat distributions. Seriously, Sceptile is utterly wasted. Awesome physical movepool, shitty attack stat. Shallow special movepool, awesome special attack stat. They could have at least fixed it with his mega form!

His attack really isn't that bad.

I'm running a Hasty one and I'm planning to use it as a mixed attacker depending on how I want to redo the EVs.

Mega Fushigibana will still be the best Mega.

It's not, but that huge special attack feels wasted on him. Especially with that physical movepool.

Man, the interface in this game is ugly as fuck. I hate how they didn't fix some of the issues I had with Pokemon X, like the movement, but oh well. Excited to get this journey started. Need to decide on a team!

Being able to fly straight from the map is a nice addition. I also like how it lets me fly to a any route, instead of only towns and cities.

I'd like to be able to teleport to the entrance of any secret base or planter berry too, but that'd be asking too much. I'm still happy with what we got now!

It is real (I ran a text search on a script dump and found it). looks like they re-wrote some of trainer text for battle maison. It seems the transgender beauty is gone now :(

Okay done. I'll focus on the ages mainly (spoilered in case you want to see it yourself):
German 13, Spanish 15, French 45 (is saying more along the lines my daughter disguised me), Italian 13 (the you lose line here is good here it is along the lines of "I won because I look lik...oops! Because I AM an Adult"), Japanese 7, Korean 7.
The non-German European ones had an intro like "how old do you think I am" rather than "am I an adult? Tee hee..."

Okay, so I'm now SRing for a shiny Kyogre (it probably won't take long until I give up though, honestly).To be clear, it won't appear shiny until I properly encounter it, right? (Ie. it'll have its normal colours in the overworld and the cutscene before battle)

From what I recall, that is correct.

It has to be 9pm to be considered night in-game, correct? Want to level my Eevee, but gotta wait for dat night.

They did adjust movepools. Have a whole page on moveset changes and then there's tutors

Changing stat distributions mid-gen is never going to happen. Hell, we have a boost for some for the first time ever in X & Y

So, I did a calculation. Out of the 719 currently officially known Pokémon, 246 are unavailable in Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, so they have 473 Pokémon in them.

Conversely, X & Y have, out of the 719 currently officially known Pokémon, 127 unavailable, so a total of 592 in them.

Between them, there are 706 Pokémon available and 13 that are not. These are the Mythical Pokémon: Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie.

Out of those, the following have had events in Gen VI

Celebi (Worldwide - Pokémon Bank)
Jirachi (Korea (Movie Event), Japan (Tanabata Festival, Christmas Gift)
Darkrai (Japan - Movie Event)
Shaymin (Japan - Pokémon Scrap (from next week))
Victini (Japan - Pokémon Scrap (from next week))
Keldeo (Japan - Pokémon Scrap (from next week))
Diancie (Worldwide)

This means that 713 of the 719 Pokémon are available with the blue pentagon. (Phione can be bred from event Manaphy and have the blue pentagon)

Bringing this up again, I want to buy Alpha Saphire so I won't be able to find it myself even when I get in on the ORAS fun.

Also I want to try for a shiny for my green team.
