Wow looks great

It appears PC may have ruined me for this console generation. That wasn't anywhere close to what I expected visually from Naughty Dog. But obviously, reserve final judgement for release.

what the hell is happening in here? these visuals are dope. this thread givin me throwbacks to diminishing returns thread a little bit.
and judging iq on a youtube video will never not be the funniest shit

Got to say the game looks super clean and no blurry shit. Looks great but gameplay graphics is nowhere near the reveal trailer. The cut scenes are though. Guess I expected more.. kind of let down but still the game looks crisp.

Not only it is damn graphically beautiful, but most importantly its AI and encounter design look ACE.
I mean, at one point two enemies split up, then one asks the other if he's seen something and as he gets no answer because he'd been wasted by Nate, he turns back looking for his pal. Just WOW, that with the vertical design is going to make up for some fun firefights.

Lord Error

Insane For Sony
They aim it to be though, as long as its stable, like over 50 most of the time i see why it looks, like it looks, but if it will be more 40-50fps with drops to 30 then graphics are quite disappointing.
This looks better than any other 1080p/30FPS game I can think of on consoles. Even disregarding that, I'd say only The Order looks better, but I have a feeling it will be far, far more enclosed and linear than UC4. Not to mention that in this game, a lot of hardware power must be going to things other than graphics. Gameplay systems look very complex to me here, with how tied together and organic everything is.

I'm happy with how it looked, but I have to admit that I got bored in the middle of the gunfight, simply because the gameplay is really old after 3 games. Then again I have no idea what they could change about it without people complaining that it's not Uncharted anymore...Day 1 anyway...and hoping for some really exciting setpieces...

Wow, the high quality video looks worlds better than that stream. Their AA solution is insanely good.

Frame-rate also seems completely stable unlike the stream.

Game looked incredible even on inconsistent stream quality. UC4 looks glorious!

Are YOU for real? I bet you can't even make a case that this demo looks better than Tomb Raider?

uh, the foliage alone 8 minutes in? not to mention the lighting, texture-work, etc.

Like, that's reaching. I know you guys are kneejerk disappointed here but don't do this.

I guarantee one can't make the case that Tomb Raider looks better than this on consoles without making an arse out of one's self.

need some HQ footage, but yeah not blown away. Gameplay looks better, but a lot like the recent Tomb Raider. ACU and DAI maxed has ruined me unfortunately.

Game looks excellent, nowhere near as good as the reveal trailer, obviously, but it was never going to, so that shouldn't surprise anyone.

Really looking forward to playing this.

ACU runs like trash so who cares

When you're in an area with a ton of people the frame rate bogs down. The game runs pretty well most of the time since you aren't going to be around hundreds of people for the entire time playing the game.

Uncharted looks great. Above and beyond other great looking games? No.

The first part of the video looked underwhelming but the entire shootout in the jungle was really impressive. Nice!

It looks good, but frankly not the graphic leap i was expecting after the reveal. I hope it felt a bit more fresh though. It seem a bit samey. I will still enjoy it though. I love me some uncharted.

Shooting has never been its strong part. The guns seem to lack that kick and pop.

I know, which made me turn away from completing uncharted 3, I thought they will have much better shooting considering its on new console but instead we got the same shooting from 3 and 2.

No, that's not true. But whatever.

The lighting is baked. Period. Nothing special there.

Textures are higher res than previous UC games.. but that doesn't mean they are higher res than textures currently out on the PS4. Make a claim.. and make sure it's actual gameplay.

Foliage is great! No doubt about that. But FC4 has more impressive foilage. And TR has good foliage too. Finally, foliage doesn't make an entire game be better looking than it's competitors. That's just silly thinking.

I bet you the initial reveal is actually in the game, and it just looks a little more impressive to people because it's wet and at night (old trick).

When that scene in the game shows up, I can't wait to hear what people have to say.

looks... like uncharted. and that's a good thing :)

corridor jungle looks less corridor jungle than in the past games

This was my big take away as well. Also incorporating that dope as hell rope and climbing hook mechanic? Sandbox fights in this game are gonna be amazing.

Uhh, this seems like a massive downgrade from E3, especially if it's at 30fps as others have been saying.

I actually got bored a couple of minutes in. Was expecting something more ambitious, but I guess it's still awhile from release.
