I'm having a problem with the Steam website. The storefront is in English as it is supposed to be but the community pages are in spanish or something now for some reason. How do I fix this?

EDIT - Nevermind I figured it out. Not sure how that happened.

Dark Souls is my first purchase of the sale. Never touched the series before but always figured I might give it a try if GFWL was ever removed.

Do I convert cards into gems to get booster packs? Do I then sell the booster packs or should I seperate them and then sell them? Or should I just sell the cards separately without gems.

Is there any way to search lowest price games without thousands of free to play games being listed? Pretty annoying. I just want to find joke games under a dollar I can get for people. >_>

this isn't a hard choice at all...
do no convert cards into gems... there are no cards out there that that is the best choice of action (at least none I saw and I went through a ton of them)

if you really want to be making booster packs then sell your cards for their value and buy something like the :csgogun: emoticon which trades in for 100 gems and sells for like 12 cents right now... which is a far better trade then the 2-20 gems you will get for any given card.

the only way making booster packs is profitable is if you have packs you can make that are worth more then 1 cent per 10 gems... which are few and far between at this point.

Tomb Raider is a sure bet.
Square-Enix doesn't give a lot of steep discounts for Final Fantasy's, though. Not in recent memory atleast. In complete contrast with all their other games.

So guys...I have about 20 games ready to go for my giveaway.


Would you rather I curate specific dailies throughout the event and do one at the end, or look for good 75% or so off deals and do them all now?

Still idiotic that Brave New World is going for $7.50 when Civ V complete is when complete, which includes it, is $12.50. Guess they DON'T want me to buy it and finish my Civ V collection.

Might grab Beyond Earth, but it was $5 cheaper on Amazon on Black Friday - shame I didn't bite then. Otherwise I might get Gal Civ III Beta instead.

And I'll probably get Dark Souls II if not today then when (if?) it returns on the last day.

Spreading them out will give more people a chance to enter at least one giveaway.

dlc (base price) pretty much never gets marked down

so basally you gotta suck it up and just pay it if you want it

Revengeance done got bought. It does seem like there are fewer games overall on sale this time around. Wonder if we're finally seeing a little devaluation pushback.
