I've only played Halo 3 MP, and this does not feel like that.
The military lines they keep shouting at eachother is corny as hell.

I just got my code and am downloading it now. I'm going into this cautiously optimistic for Halo 5, that said, I'm going to say now that ADS needs to go and it will take a lot for me to change that stance. From what I've heard of it, it doesn't sound like it will bring anything to Halo and its mere existence breaks Canon.
I'm hopefull that they have finally fixed Sprint by both making it an ability that everyone has on top of adding in negative effects such as delayed shield recharge and auto-knockout of sprint if shot while engaging it.

Halo 3's movement felt really janky and the mechanics made it play a little differently from other Halos.

What's wrong with that? You don't want people to see your plus 2 K/D?
It brings familiarity to people who have spent the last few years playing the likes of COD even if it doesn't offer any accuracy boost. Not everybody is comfortable hip firing at medium to long distance so if something small like this can help maintain the longevity of Halo 5 then why not?
You don't have to use it nor are you at a disadvantage by not doing so.

Thanks but that only works for a few seconds, it speeds up to 12MB/s and then drops down again to <1MB/s.
What the.... so more people will prioritize kills over the objective in non-slayer modes.
Consistent for me. I'm at 58% now.

Played one match so far and I found it quite fun. It's quite fast paced but it feels good.

This is probably the slowest download I've had on the XB1 ever. It's been nearly an hour and I'm only at 18% and my internet is not slow at all.
Edit: I wasn't actively checking it so it was probably just stuck at 18% because once I paused and resumed it the percentage started moving rapidly.

It would also slow them down because he won't post the code publicly.

The COD crowd loves using k/d as a benchmark. Since everything else in this game was aped straight from that series it only makes sense to include k/d right where everyone can see it.
