Isn't it time that Hexcells Infinite is bundled? :p

It's the last Hexcells game and imo it's the best, I don't see why would they bundle it, it probably sells nicely with good word of mouth going around, it's even on gaf puzzle goty list!
I did my part ;)

not even that is my problem, I manage to misclick always at the end of level, always! I probably just get tired and lose concentration, but I'll be damned if it isn't worst possible way to make stupid mistakes.

Every time. Every single time.

If I were to use Steam mover again to transfer the game to Drive K, even though the same files are there, will this cause an issue to the game's data?
Move the game's folder to the steam common folder on the drive you want. "Uninstall" in steam, which will be fast because the files are gone from where it thought they were. Then install it selecting the directory you just moves the folder to, it will start installation but then say "discovering existing files" and after scanning/verifying them all it'll be "installed" there.

I don't have the money for it as work stuffed up the taxation on my pay and I didn't pick up on this for a few weeks, so in the here and now I'm down over $700 (I'll get it all back come tax time). I'd been trying to get it sorted out for the past week and finally managed to get the form I needed earlier today, but when I went back to the invoice office no more than 6 or 7 minutes later, they'd already left for the day even though it was barely 2:30pm. Pays are finalised on Tuesdays (which is tomorrow) so there's a very real chance that I'll be losing around 40% of my pay yet again.
Damn. Hoping it gets sorted out.

This is just great. Got tired of waiting for nuuvem and ordered RE from gamesrocket. Now gamesrocket wont send me my key and the game is available on nuuvem.
Awesome.
Just got a heads up from dante81 that it might be because they're asking for an id shot and I didn't send it. The e-mail says that this is an optional security measure so I should still get the key. WTF?
And of course it's way cheaper on nuuvem lol.

I think I might wait on Life Is Strange and see how the later episodes and the story turns out.

And then spend my last Steam money on Resident Evil. I never got any further than the first key I found on top of that statue anyway.

Yep, it's an awesome game and I gladly paid the full price.

Thanks to everyone in here recommending these games! I still have to play Hexcells Plus, though.

Kinda cool. Sid Meier's Pirates!esque, even. That second video, though: "Voice acting is not implemented, but it will be in the final build." Five minutes later in the battle, all you hear is the captain swearing. Shitheads! Asslickers! Chalksuckers!(sic) Cunts! Pricks! Good to know that they couldn't implement voice acting for regular dialogue, but put a mic in front of some guy with a potty mouth and you're good to go.

A patch for Dark Souls just went out. seems they fixed the region locking stuff Nabs talked about some days ago. it broke the FPS unlock though.

The most bizarre thing about the PS3 is that if you buy a digital game you still have to download the updates separately -- the build you purchase is the original. I don't know if Sony fixed this for PSN 2.0 but I'd certainly hope so.

nah instead it downloads the vanilla game and the patch files at the same time, the vita also does this as well. Why they don't just replace the vanilla build with the patched version like steam does I don't know. I fully believe its just them being lazy. Also, MORNING EVERYONE!! But good night for you Jase and everyone else on the opposite side of the globe :p

Hmm I did that once but then after not havin my Ex. HDD connected for some time it stopped recognizing the folder =_= Hence I am worried about doing just that :p

Train Wrecks for everything but Coming out on Top.
I'm amazed that OT went so well.

Coming Out On Top the one created the thread contacted mods for details on how to tackle it. I feel some other OTs might benefit from getting feedback from mods when it comes to fan service centered games.

I can't even get Dark Souls to launch now.

Guess the patch broke DSfix.

Turn off the framerate unlock and it should boot just fine.

The region fix sucks hard though. My bro is still playing the game with his friend and that change probably just added a lot of wasted time waiting for summon signs to their run.

I usually like these, but from past experience, the first set of games are the best and the rest are crap - and this first set doesn't look very appealing. Might still bite anyway, but I dunno.

Edit: I got it anyway.
Just passing by with some news on the Indie Royale Mystery Bundle 3. It seems Desura might have leaked 6 more of the games as in if you go on to the Desura page for the game it says "The Mystery 3 Bundle" under the bundles section for these:
Monsters and Medicine (not steam)
Real Warfare 1242
Captain Morgane and the Golden Turtle (not steam)
The Few
Smooth Operators: Call Center Chaos
Super Cyborg (greenlit)
Source: Some Reddit posters

Hope that doesn't turn out to be a mistaken listing as I like the look of Smooth Operators.

wait, Dark Souls 1 doesn't support 60fps natively on pc? wow thats a lazier port than I originally thought. What about the sequel?

The sequel does. The original's biggest offence is that the resolution option acts as an upscaler and, unlike almost literally every other game ever made, doesn't actually change the internal rendering resolution, which is fixed at 1024x720 (i.e. same as consoles).

At present I've got 3 different variations of Dark Souls installed on one PC or another. My retail copy from disc that just uses GFWL which works fine with DSFix but doesn't with WideScreen Fixer but I'm keeping this around to knock out the rest of the GFWL Achivements. The pre Steamworks patched Steam version which does work with WideScreen Fixer but Steam always tries to bloody update it so I've had to sandbox the install. Finally on a separate PC I've got a Steamworks install but that doesn't work with WideScreen Fixer and again doesn't play nice with the framerate unlock. I really need to get my arse in gear and sort this mess out.

I never upgraded to the directors cut of deus ex human revolution yet my steam library has the directors cut. Does this mean i own the directors cut?

do you really expected one? (><)
...no?

Dead or Alive 5: Last Round still getting an OT. All is good.
Available on Steam
I'll be there, thanks to goochy.

I expect a full screen breakdown.
I am afraid that's not possible ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Wait, why?
Well, I asked a mod and he told me, that no other mod replied to his internal question and he assumed that this means no, which is why my hands are now bound.

You can always send your mod of choice a PN asking if he could reevaluate letting a Huniepop OT happen to protect SteamGAF :p

DS2 is an incredible improvement and bodes well for Dark Souls 3 being a great release. I expect that I'll get to play it at 4K 60 fps when it releases.

60 fps was the other least of its issues, it didn't even allow you to play at 1080p.
Thankfully the sequel is nothing like that, you can play at any resolution and the game runs at 60fps, though I hear that 60fps causes some issues.
None of those are real issues, they just make the game a bit harder. People upset by that should get good.

So which Sid Meier's game was the last to actually have some work done on it by Sid Meier?

My understanding is he made at least the first Ace Patrol game almost entirely by himself (it's quite fun too). In his defense, he's never been one to try to take credit away from others (look at Brian Reynolds for example), he just got turned into a "brand" a long time ago and there's not much that can be done about it now. At least he didn't turn into Peter Molyneux.
