So I solo'd AC story (including the troll) last night on my ele... it was all really smooth and easy except for the troll D= Took me a few tries and it wasn't graceful but I did it. OBS corrupted my recording of it somehow but maybe it's for the best :p

Hello GAF, can someone invite me to the GAF Guild please? I'm Griffevent.2605 and my character is an Asura named Zgaxx. So far I find the game great, I think I'm getting used to the controls (but I'm not satisfied with my current keybindings, looking at some guides right now).

The god of Guild Wars 2 (Colin/Kos) clearly didn't want my gf and I to try FF14. My PS4 refused to download the game, then marked my account as having already played the trial, then after getting in with a new PSN ID was given a patch to download marked with "time remaining: 6 days needed to download"

My gf's PC account wouldn't accept her password, refused to reset. She finally gets in, is booted out. Was told her account is being investigated for suspicious activity and that when the ban is lifted she will have 9 days left of her 14 day trial she started last night.

We got as far as seeing a single cutscene. Clearly we need to stick to GW2.

Actually, them making a second fractal dungeon for the expansion would be better than just keep bloating up the one we had for 2 freaking years.

It doesn't have to follow the rules the first one had either.

Since you and Lev have started troll hunting again, I thought I'd try to up the ante.

I got scared and interrupted Hundred Blades, so this could have been 2 or 3 seconds faster.

I did it with a scepter/torch confusion mesmer. Took forever. I get the last laugh though because the skill I honed doing it gets to be reapplied whenever I go for it again with the confusion buff.

probably cpu bottlenecked. even my 4770k (which I thought was overkill at the time of purchase) seems inadequate at times

Fixed that for you. It's always been bad, though I agree it is worse now. If it ever somehow manages to turn itself back on I quickly turn it off before it can vomit too much ugliness onto my screen.

I wonder if you can actually disable chat as a streamer.

Adventures are found on the map with their own icons like POI/Vistas etc. It is an evolution of the Hearts.
Adventures are meant to be challenging experiences – require you to change the way you to play or play well.
Examples of adventures including shoot gallery, jumping puzzles, races.

Also fuck yeah for repurposing hearts as a challenging replayable content. I've always said I wanted to go back and do hearts again (because some of them were really fun!) and now they come up with this.

Since adventures are challenging, you can click on a X button on the UI to restart it immediately rather than having to run back to the start point and start it from the beginning.

It's pretty obvious, mainhand Warhorn for warrior specialization has been confirmed.

Or they are just changing how Burst shows up for weapon swapping,with weapon 2 using F2.

So how many adventures did they actually show? Did they show the adventure leaderboard thing for the guild? Trying to use my imagination but I'm at work so creativity, imagination and will to live being suppressed.

They only showed one adventure and not in depth really. Mentioned leader boards in passing.

Just skim through the video and eh didn't seem like much was shown and mostly talking, but interesting about there being a F2 warrior skill.

Also "New event/patch soon – Celebrate the New Year of the Ram" eh?

There's always the chance that the Burst skill that's in the background is just there to show the cooldown of your second weapon set's burst skill. Seems like it would mostly be hidden and not an especially vital function (weapon swap is still 5 seconds if you trait it).

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I had suggested that one earlier, actually. Maybe for OT6. I kind of set the title with the OT design.

If they keep bringing up how they focused on quality not quantity when it comes to maps, I'm gonna start expecting 1 map.

Love how they kept not saying the maps name and then they got logged put which loaded the map loading screen.

Of course I have a config that accomodates all F# skills that I use for engi, mes, and now guard. But I have one customized for warrior/necro/thief, one for ranger, and for elementalist. It's just that I'll have to move to a single standardized configuration.

And I'd hardly call your setup perfect. :p

It's not one map, it's a region. 5 is my guess.

I'll probably put up the OT5 tonight since A). Everyone will be awake to check the thread and see that we've rolled over and B). I think we're supposed to close up shop before we hit 20k since that's where the issue is (was?). I'd hate to go to bed and wake up to find a repeat of the OT2... ugh, no thank you.

So yeah, when we click over to page 200, I'll post it. So.... yeah.
