If Sony doesn't respond to this, it's legit. In which case, it's kind of a shame that their biggest megaton as far as enthusiast gamers go, got spoiled. Either way, this will be an exciting E3.

It won't be really spoiled because we have these rumors every year and nobody believes them anymore.

And rightful so. TLG won't be at E3.

Their announcements get spoiled every year :\

I understand why people do this, it takes real fortitude not to release info that you know will get people excited or make them happy, but in the end it's best to follow the company's plans and save it all for a real surprise

Sneaky little edit there.

What did it say?

Got a screen cap?

If TLG shows up at E3, I have a feeling it will be playable only behind closed doors (if at all) though the public will probably get some video. The current build has a hilarious bug that kind of undermines the theme of the game if it happens.

At this point, I would sooner believe that a new Legend of Dragoon will be announced before The Last Guardian becomes anything more than vaporware.

Is morsel an insider? Should I summon the bunker?

PlayStation E3 Theatre Experience will implode if it happens.

I could tell everyone was on pins and needles waiting for it to happen last year.

Again, anyone who constantly said it was dead doesn't deserve to play this game once it's out and I hope you won't be purchasing it. It's like getting into heaven if you don't believe in god. Don't think so pal.

What if it's dead and Sony just releases a corpse on a Blu-Ray disc?

I believe.

I'd love it to be for PS3 also. Would have loved to see Team Ico beat down that machine. I fear the PS3 ended up doing all the beating.

We need a fucking insider tag on legit insiders. Everybody's poppin' up and we're meant to take anyone's word for it?

Some random poster pops up and is like "Yeah, it's true" and everyone loses their fucking mind.

I believe it. Didn't Yoshida say affirmatively that the game was in development last year? I don't see why he'd say that if it weren't true.

We've been asking for this forever but it's not going to happen. They want to see you crash and burn.

Not that one thing is mutually exclusive or anything but if you do put stake into it so much based on publication as opposed to taking it as a think piece, they were dead set on proclaiming Zelda as the "game of the show" before having to be corrected on Nintendo already saying it wouldn't be there.

I don't really think putting much stake into The Guardian's knowledge on games is going to make that much of a difference in the long run. Plenty of proclaimed insiders are already saying that it's likely to show up and The Guardian reporting on it doesn't make it any more likely the way I see it.

Well the game of the show thing was based on assumption. Where they were speculating which game would end up looking the best and talked about the most. This is them specifically saying they have a source claiming something will be there. They must think that source is reliable.

I get where you are coming from, but I feel like the Zelda thing was more of a prediction based on assumptions (most assumed Zelda would be there, including most outlets and consumers). It was kind of like, a thing everyone took for granted. Of course Zelda would be there. So out of the games that will most likely be there, we think this will be the best.

I do see your point. Its prob not fair to give that a pass. I just want to have hope since they are a reputable news sourc in general, and they are claiming they have a source saying it's going to be there. I don't know. I'd hope they wouldn't just throw that around lightly if they didn't actually think it was reputable.

I will say though, Guardian isn't like a site with a history of breaking games news or having having consistent breaking games information. So despite them overall being reputable, I too am not going to assume this is more likely to be true.
