If you knew you couldn't get that done there were some scenes with Eli you should have removed. But shit, it's an entire subplot. Mantis. Eli. The third parasite thing.

You know, I actually would have been happier if Kojima prioritized closing this massive fucking plot thread with Eli, a character that was at least built up throughout the game and has a pretty important role in the overall series, than doing this Big Medic stuff just so he can cheekly be like "lol V does not stand for 5 is really stands for Venom Snake lol im smahrt"

It says "that could not be included in the game" but then says "work-in-progress" so it may be finished afterwards, plus why would they put a percentage of the completion on the video if that is all that will get done?

Quiet is basically Starfire from Teen Titans in regards to why she dresses the way she does.
She does the mocap and is heavily invested in the character. Maybe it was her idea.

I reluctantly want to believe this but it is Konami, at least would have been a 3rd location and one hell of an area too an Island in a salt lake in Central Africa, wow what could have been, I would pay for DLC for this.

There was talk lately of a story "update" on September 11th. Not a day one patch, but the 11th. It coincides with the INGSOC website; turned out it may have been legit after all. But it doesn't refer to Silent Hills or a spiritual successor; rather the continuation of the MGSV story. There were elements hidden that suggested it was MGS. Which implies they planned this since April. They even included a "Black Hound" skin for DD as an Easter egg.
I may have said too much so I'll keep my mouth shut for now. Best to reserve judgement on info until something actually gets confirmed

Questions I keep asking but never got answers for:
1- What is up with V and Skullface looking like they have partnered in some of the trailers? Such as driving around in the same jeep, etc.
2- There was a motion capture session done with someone who had a katana. I thought it would be the skulls because they are ninja-like, but I haven't seen any with katanas. Did this just get cut?
3- The scene where the African kids are on the tank/training still has not been seen?

The over use of slow mo is the biggest offender when it comes to the cinematography in this game. Having as many scenes without camera cuts lessens the impact of the high action cutscenes, which should be one long shot.

It's a shame because I thought it was really well done in GZ cinematography wise.
1--->V goes to capture Skullface, Skullface says "Follow me, we're both demons" etc. V agrees, Skullface monologues for ten minutes while they're driving in the jeep.
2.Maybe the metal gear since it has a sword? Remember props don't always transfer directly.
3.Nope.

Haha, I just have my detective skills. Kojima placed out a lot of hints throughout the game, his Twitter as well as suspiciously associated ones, as well as that website and miscellaneous detective work on smaller things. I just figured it out with whatever I was able to analyze from what was there. That's it really! Not many were able to piece it together though, which is understandable because the game is misleading people a lot and makes things subtle to the point of not noticing.
It's no use talking about it at this point considering the whole entire community is either in blackout playing the game or in a state of hostility for whatever their personal reasons are to the game. I want to say it's 65% chance of story updates and 35% of no story updates. Though that's my personal view, and mine alone so obviously there's a chance I could be wrong.

That was mentioned in the timeline that was shown at the end of Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater though. Maybe not the fact Ocelot did it, but still...

I'm sure that Kojima wanted to do alot of things whether through DLC or last minute additions, but the thing with Konami has been boiling for a while and once they pulled rank on him, it was in pure polish mode.

So can someone explain me the begining of the game, i'm confused... So i'm in the bed, i wake up. Doctors talking to me and for some reason asks me to create an avatar? Im very tired i guess and my brain is not processing things lol, wtf just happened, so i'm big boss, but then he sais i need to get a face surgery so people don't recognize me, So i chose my face and all and when he shows me my face in the mirror i still see snakes face....
