9 years in...how much DLC have you actually bought?

I'm not against it, just never ran across any that was worth it. I got addicted to Bad Company 2 and got all the DLC for that but that's it.

Not counting any GOTY editions or complete packs, I've only bought both Mario Kart 8 packs. Might also buy the Witcher 3 expansion packs.

All DLC:
*Red Dead Redemption
*Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3
*Dying Light (due to a glitch, I got the game on release for the price of the DLC)
*Borderlands 1 & 2
*Fallout 3 & New Vegas
*Battlefield 4
*Battlefield: Bad Company 2
*Mario Kart 8

Some DLC:
*Disgaea 4
*Super Smash Bros. Brawl
*Batman: Arkham Knight (1989 Batman)
*The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (not horse armor lol)
*Call of Duty: World at War
*Dead or Alive 5
*Need for Speed: Rivals
*Driveclub

I think that's about it...

I just bought the Destiny Taken King, I have bought every WoW expansion and I have bought the DLC for Bishock Infinite in a steam sale.

Those are the main ones I have picked up, I bought Battlefield 3 with premium when it was £9.99, don't know if that counts since it was a bundle including the DLC.

I have a seriously hard time staying interested in most games long enough to still be playing it when DLC releases, if I have stopped playing the game then the chances of me going back to then play DLC are minimal due to how many other games are out and in my backlog.

Maturity, bitches.
Mario Kart 8
Ryu for Super Smash Bros for 3DS/U
New Super Luigi U but I bought it as a standalone disc.

Mario Kart 8's was really good value and I was really please with it. The negative is that the game basically pushes it hard. Even if you don't own the DLC, the DLC items occupy your menus teasing you.

I've only bough Ryu and his stage for Smash. It was new content unlike the rest. It cost less than a pint in London and lasts longer so I thought about it like that.

Luigi U is a completely new game, can't argue with that. Got a disc copy before prices shot up.

I bought a FFXIII-2 DLC when it was on sale beause I had some money left on PSN. The sad thing is that I never finished the game so couldn't play it.

That's the only time I bought DLC, unless amiibo count as DLC.

2+2=5

The Amiga Brotherhood
The only dlc i bought was the ending dlc for pop2008, just because i had pop2008 free with ps+(i think) and the dlc was in offer...

Honestly i rarely play even the dlcs in complete editions.

As DLC, just the Hyrule Warriors/Mario Kart season pass, a few Smash Bros. characters, Bartz's Dancer costume in Dissidia, the extra chapter in Dual Destinies and one or two Fire Emblem maps.

Everything else was through GOTY/delayed PC rereleases.

I bought quite a few DLCs over the years and they were usually worth it. Well, aside from the Dead Space stuff I bought. What a waste of money.

924 according to Steam's counter. Me2/3 (expect Omega, IIRC) DLC on Origin.

I refuse to buy cosmetic / cheat DLC tho.

I bought the Deus Ex HR expansion on a steam sale, a few Rockband 2 songs, and I think I bought Jill/Shuma Gorath before they got taken down from the store. Bought Episodes of Liberty City as a disc, not sure if that counts.

Other than that, nothing. Don't really buy DLC.

A lot. I don't like on disk DLC, and I usually don't bother with worthless microtransactions, but paying for more story and/or multiplayer content is fine with me. As long as I like the game and the DLC isn't a ripoff.

A lot, especially last generation. This generation I've only bought DLC for:

Charriot Royal Gadgets Pack (after the GiantBomb quick look inspired me to play that game again)
Battlefield 4 season pass
Ryse: Son of Rome season pass
TITANFALL™ EXPEDITION
P90x for Xbox Fitness (although doesn't really count)

Most of that DLC was bought on sale for less than $5.00, so I guess I only really dabble with DLC during sales. Battlefield 4 season pass was really the only full priced DLC item i've purchased in the last 2 years. I have nothing against DLC, we just haven't had much in the way of good story DLC this generation, which is mostly what im interested in :L

Castlevania : Harmony of Despair Anything I could get my hands on.

Dissidia Duodecim 5 Music packs.

Mario Kart 8 All DLC

Modern Warfare 2 Everything

Halo Wars Everything

FFXIII-2 Ultros

I bought some DLC for Hot Shots Golf, Disgaea 3 and Might & Magic Class of Heroes.

Oh, and some costumes/compendiums in dota 2.

My sister got me XBL points I used mainly for Sonic Unleashed for a birthday. The rest of the money was stolen by MS recently. So, this is all I have ever bought wrt dlc and I don't plan on changing that. In particular, I won't give MS the opportunity to steal from me again.

I bought all the DLC besides Apotheosis for Fire Emblem Awakening (8 DLC packs), the Ultimate Pack for Fallout New Vegas (6 pieces of DLC, all in one), the Legendary Edition for Skyrim (3 pieces of DLC). And that's all the DLC I bought so far if I remember that right.

Smash Wii U, Hyrule Warriors, Mario Kart 8 and original Binding of Isaac expansion. I think that's it.

E: No, wait! Also the Rocket League stuff as a thanks to the developer.

I've bought a lot of DLC for PS3 games, although a lot of it is due to having change left over on PSN and finding some cheap DLC for a game I'm currently playing on.

I'm proud to say shit loads over ten years, don't think anyone should be ashamed for buying content for a game they enjoyed.

I loved burnout paradise and put hundreds of hours into it, sure as hell I was going to be buying big surf island as soon as it landed.

Did I buy the ecto 1 car to race around in? No, I saw lots of people did and I'm sure they loved it. Personally I'm not one for cosmetic items and that's about where I draw the line, and of course in game currency in a game you have paid for, they can fuck off with that practise.

Let's see...

I have around 1200 songs in Rock Band 3
I have around 100 songs in Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock
I have every expansion and DLC for Europa Universalis IV and Crusader Kings 2
I have every Civ V expansion
I have the XCOM expansion
I have bought all the Fallout New Vegas, Oblivion and Skyrim DLC

And there's probably stuff I've forgotten about. So yeah, a lot.

I guess the only things I kinda regret are the Oblivion house/horse armor DLC and the Skyrim DLC since those are shit, but the rest I'm pretty happy about.

Let's see here..

Everything for Dark Souls 1 & 2
First DLC for Warhawk
FlOw DLC pack (first dlc I ever bought)
Characters for Blazblue: Continuum Shift
Valkyria Chronicles (don't remember if it was everything).
And some Guitar Hero songs

I think that's everything. Pretty happy with it, but I rarely bother with DLC now, since we all know the inevitable GOTY edition is coming with everything eventually.

Not much frankly. Maybe a few at super steam sale prices. Most of the time i know i won't go back and play the dlc. Once I'm done with a game it's rare I'd go back unless i really enjoyed it.

Bought some maps for COD:MW way back when I was really into the MP

Bought Battlefield 1943, which was DLC for BC2 if I remember correctly

And I also got Resogun Heroes as I thought that the base game was so good and I got it with PS+, so I felt like rewarding the devs for making something so brilliant. It's still in my top 3 ps4 games.

Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Maps and Skins
Uncharted 3 Season Pass
Left Behind
Infamous: First Blood
Undead Nightmare
Ballad of Gay Tony&The Lost and Dammed
Tomb Raider Underworld Beneath the Ashes & Lara's Shadow
Arkham City DLC
Arkham Knight DLC

And some more I'm probably missing but that's what I can remember of the top of my head.

Quite a bit actually; I bought:

The map packs for Call of Duty from 4 to Black Ops 1 inclusive
Vietnam Expansion for Bad Company 2
Bring Down the Sky for Mass Effect
From Ashes for Mass Effect 3
Halo: Reach map packs (Noble and Defiant)
Fallout 3 and New Vegas DLCs (each of them)
Alan Wake: The Writer (The Signal was free with the game)
Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost & Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony
Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare
The Last of Us: Left Behind
Ultra Street Fighter IV expansion for Super Street Fighter IV
Company of Heroes 2 (the additional forces and campaign)
Hotline Miami OST and Hotline Miami 2 OST
Destiny Expansions and The Taken King
Forza Horizon Rally
Forza Horizon 2 Storm Island

I think that's it!

Edit: I forgot to mention Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss and the Dark Souls II Crown DLCs.

Well...the first DLC I bought was Horse Armor... Do I get a prize for fueling the flame that started an inferno?

Since then I have bought many expansions and DLC content (too much to count), though with much more care than buying stupid horse armor.

Dark Souls, DriveClub season pass and a map pack for MW2.

DkS and DC were fantastic, MW2 was not.

Bloodborne DLC will be the next.

Until this year - Zero:

This year though......:
Storm Island
DriveClub Season Pass
Far Cry 4 Season Pass
Arkham Knight Season Pass
1st Map Pack of Advanced Warfare
The Imperial Edition of ESO
Forza 6 VIP and Car Pass (Ultimate Edition)
Black Ops III Season Pass preordered

I've enjoyed all those base games (BO3 excluded for now of course). The only DLC that I feel (so far) that I haven't gotten a good value on or happy I bought it is the AK one, which could surprise me before it's done, but I have my doubts. The ESO Imperial Edition is a little bit of fluff, but to be able to have a horse from the get-go is awesome.

Too much to list. If I really enjoy the game, chances are, I bought DLC for it if available.

I rather like the concept of DLC. Game prices haven't inflated at all over the past 20 years and I think DLC is a large reason for that. With DLC, you get the option of choosing to pay more for extra content if you enjoy the game, as opposed to having to pay for everything up front. Options are good.

Mass Effect 2/3
Skyrim
Stupidly bought destiny season pass, then sold the game before the first came out.
Picked up a bunch of Borderlands 2 DLC during one of the sales
Bioshock Infinite..still haven't gotten around to playing it.
Witcher 3 season pass last week
Will buy Bloodborne

I'm sure there are some others here and there, but these are the ones that spring to mind.
