Lets hope we see some actual zombies this time. The whole season we saw what, 5?

As far as zombies the main characters have had to deal with directly/have posed a direct threat to them, let's see, there was Gloria (or whatever drug girl's name was), Cal, Principle, neighbor (male), neighbor (female), and... I think that's it. So yeah, five. Of course, we've seen more than that - during the riot and the truck ride, for example - they just haven't mattered.

I think all those black deaths were yugioh sacrifices to summon this new 10th level Trill ass dude in . If they keep him, wheeeeeww.

I think sometimes people compare the outbreak in this show to other zombie media. But you have to keep in mind, there is no containing it. If someone dies, no matter what the cause, they come back. You can keep people in their homes all you want, people die of natural deaths in their home all the time. It's different from any other type of contagion protocol because everyone is already infected and everyone eventually dies.

Given that it works that way, I could definitely see there being a breakdown pretty quickly. Martial law. Okay, guy has a heart attack in his house, infects family. You could easily have a neighborhood full of zombies just like that.
The only problem I see with that scenario is that in this universe the zombies are so dumb they wouldn't make it out of the house.

I almost forgot today was the season finale. Not even sure if I will watch it live to be honest. I rather know how this ends first then watch. Been feeling pretty indifferent about the entire thing after last week and thinking about the series as a whole.

This actually extends to The Walking Dead as well. I'm just not really looking forward to the season premiere all that much. By comparison I was looking forward to Gotham a lot. Can't wait for Flash, iZombie, and Arrow to start. Love that the X-Files is coming back and super hyped about Supergirl. Love that Elementary is coming back as well and Doctor Who has a been a huge treat. Hell Agents of Shield was fun.

Starting to wonder if I'm just tired of all the death and dread that comes with The Walking Dead universe. I think it's isolated to The Walking Dead universe because I've recently started watching Game of Thrones (have the first two seasons that I've finally started to watch instead of just having them site on the shelf) and I've been enjoying it. I'm going to watch The Walking Dead and see if that resparks things.
