So stuff I already own and something for a game I don't play. Sweet.

It's downloading like 10GB on my end, not that.Update is up.
2.4gb.
So a bunch of games that I and pretty much everyone else already owns (and have been on the $1 tier in Humble Bundle), a new (?) DLC, and some TF2 shit.Huh this is interesting:

Doesn't seem like it.Are the free previous Batman games copies giftable ?
I already own Asylum, City and Origins.
According to Steam reports SLI is still not supported.
Is Arkham Oranges any good? I heard it was rather bland and buggy.
"hey you, loyal Arkham fan who bought Knight after playin all the others; for waiting we're giving you free copies of all the other Arkham games! which you already own and played! so you can give them away to your friends who were smart enough not to purchase Arkham Knight! so maybe they get hooked and end up buyin it or something!"
fuck right off. how hard was it to give away the season pass. theyre gonna sell 10 copies of that thing on PC. cut your losses and save face
I don't say no to free content but the bolded is not surprising, they don't owe you or anyone else the season pass. The brass fucking balls on Warner. Relaunch at like full price, no Season Pass for existing owners. And a bunch of stuff we already have.

It is, though. Maybe not for WB but other publishers have given season passes to existing owners when the PC port turned out to be unmitigated garbage.

I'm guessing it's due to the Season Pass.
Would've been smarter if the copies were gift copies and that they didn't actually allow people who can still get them to buy AK to get all that shit until halfway into November.
The TF2 item probably won't be worth a lot then in that respect because you can still buy into it.
And most people probably already own/have played AA/AC bare minimum usually to buy in Arkham Knight at release day.
So yeah.
Might as well, since they owed us a working game on release date.I don't say no to free content but the bolded is not surprising, they don't owe you or anyone else the season pass.
Thanks for the confirmationYeah. Patch is 2.4GB, Season Pass content is 7.5GB.
bwahahhahahahhah the copies are not giftable
I get literally nothing
thanks

So they've labeled all reviews from when the game released on steam as 'pre-release reviews'.
Can you get any more fucking arrogant?
So basically this time it is Rocksteady/WB's fault for trying to re-release the PC version without bothering to patch it again.
They sure fooled those PC gamers!

[WB Vision:]It's messed up that Valve's back-end even allows them to do that.
Can't believe Warner (or any company) would do something so scummy.
Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment said:It's messed up that Valve's store even allows users to post negative reviews.

...we will be giving away copies of Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY, Batman: Arkham City GOTY, Batman: Arkham Origins, and Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate.
If I were Rocksteady's community manager, I would be telling you how much work and time was spent to prep DLC for the PC version, especially since we stopped making money off the PC version to even pay anyone to do it!Wait, they didn't fix anything? No perf improvements? Was considering getting this today. Gotta be fucking kidding me.

It is true, the final release does not boost performance beyond the September "interim" patch.
We don't know if other patches are to follow.
For what it's worth performance is certainly not "perfect" (understand : the game even on top-end systems can exhibit framerate issues) but it runs well on my system, albeit not with every Gameworks features turned on.
The game is not very scalable downwards so beefy PC recommended, the official GPU requirements are a joke. A 760 won't get you anywhere.

biggest trainwreck in gaming history
Wait they didn't improve anything just releasing in a broken state AGAIN?
Diktator tested it on the ingame benchmarkAre there any benchmarks out yet? What was that 2.4gb patch for?
Will you be able to gift the games you already own? I guess not. Hell, I bought an Nvidia code for this game, I'm probably screwed on that anyway.

I don't have Arkham Origins Blackgate, so I guess I get something?
My issue is that even though I have the Season Pass, I don't seem to own all of the DLC.
They are still doing things with DLCs so wait until tomorrow, you should get all.
But all in all game is still broken if you have anything lower than GTX 970.
If people got the season pass already how would that be fair to them if people who didn't buy it get it for free. It would just make more problems and piss a lot of people off again unless they refunded people who purchased in full. But then there are those that didn't buy directly from STEAM.
