Bloodborne GOTY edition only digital in EU too?

SO I just got an email from my retailer telling me that the preorder is being cancelled because today SONY told them the DLC will only release digitally.

WTF? I can see the game listed at GAME UK, no where to be found in Spain though.

The DLC is DL only, the listing on GAME is the full game and dlc on disc, there is no DLC only disc release

Yeah I was talking about the gory edition with game +dlc. I received an email telling me that the goty edition was cancelled, not the standalone dlc physical release, which was never going to happen.

Would importing from UK not be an option for you if it doesn't?

Also I don't think we even know if the DLC will be on disc or included as a code yet

NA petitioners need to freak out about this as well. Maybe Sony will do it after they responded to Gravity Rush

Same in Spain, as I told you guys already. It was briefly available at one online retailer but they sent me the email telling me sony said it would only be digitally distributed here. I may Import.

I'm probably going to import it. It sucks that it will cost more but it will be worth it to me to have it on the disc. I'm going to wait though to make sure the DLC that's included is actually on the disc and not included via a PSN voucher or something like that.

This and Gravity Rush are things I would have bought day 1 had they released here. I hope someone at SCEA is listening.

I'm guessing its considerably more cost effective just printing voucher code cards than authoring entirely new BD discs. If any of these physical boxed versions come with the DLC on disc (with maybe the exception of Japan), I'll be positively shocked.
Sony are stingy motherfuckers.

So the only solution for us spanish gamers is to buy it from UK if we want the physical edition? that SUCKS
btw i thought that Old hunters Edition was going to be available worldwide, not only in Japan pfff

Well, as I wrote, there's no sign of this edition in Italy too. This is indeed very strange.

it's not stated but i think the only version game + dlc on disc is the japan limited version if i'm not mistaken...all other version are game + dlc code.

The description says: "The Game of the Year Edition of Bloobdorne contains the main game as well as access to the DLC The Old Hunter"

"Access to" definitely sounds like an elegant way to describe a download code...

PS4 saves are region locked, so unless they've recently changed that, you'll have to start from scratch. I went from a US to UK copy of Bloodborne and it didn't pick up my saves.

Are there french GAF here?
A friend pre-ordered Bloodborne GOTY from Amazon.fr, but he wants to know if it contains italian subtitles/dub.
The vanilla version of the game comes with the option to change language? I know the italian copy allows you to select italian, german, french, spain and english.

There is only one EU version of the game which comes with all languages

Nope. Because a friend ordered Bloodborne from Zavvi because it was cheaper, and he got a version with english language only (00208) while another friend ordered from Amazon.co.uk and he got the 00207 that is multilanguage.
I know this because one evening we were discussing this while playing Bloodborne, and those two friends compared their version of the game and they had a different code.

Oh sorry, the database I used failed me.
All other EU versions should be identical though. But you probably won't know for sure if that's the case for the GOTY as well until it's out

Guys what is the difference between the Old Hunters edition and the Game of the Year?
I can't seem to find the first one anywhere in EU sites

From what i get Old hunters is sort of a limited GOTY only for Japan with a Bloodborne guide then?

So i guess the guide in it plus the localisation are all in Japanese,correct?

That's a real shame for the rest of the world.
