How does one take screenshots on the Wii U to post here?

Press "Home" button at the time you want to take the screenshot, go to a website like imgur for example and upload, select browse computer and it will show you two images, one from the TV and another from the gamepad. Upload the one you want.

How does the online work?

As I understand it, you can either participate in a "Squad" where (I think 32?) players help each other in group oriented quest objectives, hunting specific resources and monsters that gets totalled in a collected tally. Once reached, everyone gets rewards etc. etc.

Then there are also high level super monsters where you play with 3 other players online to fight against in battles.
