This question is far more serious than it seems to be, because the answer will show us Nintendo's attitude and will to embrace cross-buy model, and that would be crucial for NX if it turns out to be made with iOS/Android "sister platforms" model in mind, like Iwata hinted.

This is fake, but it might have been planted by NoE.
* Who would name folders for working copies in full text? "Super Nintendo now on New 3DS" as a folder title...? It's like they reaaaaally need to spell out the titles so everyone at GAF gets it. This is just an alternative version of the supposedly-leaked-list-printed-with-red-Nintendo-logo that appears before E3.
* And the modified dates? Main presentation and Lost Reaver footage prepared/modified the day before the Direct?
* And the "LittleBirdTemplate"? Like in "a little bird told me..."?
* And since when does NoE say "Nindie"? AFAIK, that's a NoA thing.
Not to mention that that all Nintendo Direct "leaks" like this always have been false.

In 2013, the April Nintendo Direct announced A Link Between Worlds, New Yoshi's Island, Earthbound VC and localization for Shin Megami Tensei IV and Bravely Default. The February Direct announced Mario & Luigi 4 and Mario Golf.

A few things (I'm quite indifferent about this rumor): NoE definitely used the Nindies label; folders in the PR material that are sent to news outlets are sometimes named like that.

I agree, it does look like your typical press assets folder by Nintendo. If it was faked, it's faked by an actual journalist, no less.

Presumably a tonne of individual videos will be posted to the eshop after the direct as always happens, presumably the folder names correspond with the names of each individual video
No Direct has passed which hasn't announced a game.
Plus, this leak, if it's the entirety, leaves very little for the Japanese arm

Exactly. This is most likely the european exclusive stuff in the direct. The main part will contain other games too, thats for sure.
Shared library for all Nintendo devices. There are many vc games I want to buy but at these prices I'll only do if it means I will own them for life.

aren't the contents of directs split apart and edited by different, separated groups and only put together very shortly before the show airs?
only real and complete leaks I've seen were on 4chan and went unnoticed because they happened about 1 hour before the show would air in discussion threads that went too fast for it to be noticed anyway

I bet that WIP thing is just a teaser trailer of other titles they won't be going into detail on in the Direct. So, The Legend of Zelda: Wandering In Infinite Unknowns (lol), #FE, Pokemon Sun/Moon, a few new titles with place holder names.

It's easy enough to slip in things like Mother 3 for GBA on the Wii U, BOXBOY! 2, Mario & Donkey Kong: Amiibo, Picross 3D 2, and so forth.
But this would assume that the "leak" is correct. We'll all see later today if that is the case.
Honestly, I'm more of a 3DS person, even though I do use the Wii U for some games. So, I wouldn't be disappointed if the presentation went exactly the way shown above. I'm looking forward to Bravely Second and the Demo has items that transfer to the main game. I really liked Style Savvy: Trendsetters and Style Savvy. I'm always up for more BOXBOY!, Picross 3D, and there are several indie titles coming out this year that I like a lot. Dragon Quest 7 will be good and I am not ridiculously poor, so I'm okay with nabbing Super Mario World (which I consider to be tied with Super Mario Bros. 3 in terms of greatness) and The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past would be a welcome edition to the Legend of Zelda folder on my New 3DS. Who knows, maybe they'll finally do the right thing and release Earthbound Beginnings and Earthbound on 3DS VC. It would be nice to have Metroid 3 as well. So, I could put all four of them in order in my folders.

IF the N3DS gets SNES-Emulation will it be the first Nintendo console to hold all Zeldas until the N64 one, in a handheld (so no GC, Wii and DS ones)?
3DS really is a Zelda machine if you think about it...

It's a complete leak though. It's just that you need to read carefully:
There's a main event folder, which is likely to have the content common to all 3 directs. And the EU content.

Pretty sure stuff like Star Fox and SNES VC will be in all Directs as well.
People need to tempter those expectations. If this leak is real, we probably know most, if not all, of the surprises.
The BIG stuff in 2016 is going to be NX-related and we're not getting that info for awhile still.

I'd like to think Nintendo did the right thing, but I also don't believe for a second that if you have them on Wii or Wii u that you'll get them for free on 3ds. At the very best, you might get an 'upgrade fee' at a reduced price.

The main Star Fox presentation is not one of the folders, though. The folders included are the developer interviews (which will be in Japanese, which tends to get uniquely subbed by NoE rather than NoA's dub), and the First Print edition, which may well be an NoE exclusive edition. The SNES lineup will likely be specific to the EU market too.
They had to re-render the trailer to be in 50Hz.
