Must have PS4 exclusives?

Hey guys.

So my girlfriend surprised me with a PS4 and Ratchet and Clank yesterday. Awesome and very unexpected gift.

I'm a complete PC player so I haven't been keeping an eye on console exclusive games whatsoever.

So far I have Bloodborne, Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth and Ratchet and Clank. If a game is multi platform I'll 100% get it on PC.

But after these 3 I have no idea what games I should be going for. I'm big into JRPG games if that helps.

I guess I'm in the PS4 club now! :)

Until Dawn is excellent, Infamous second son is good, The Last of Us if you didn't play it on ps3

Tearaway Unfolded would be a great one if you like Ratchet and Clank.

If you don't have a Vita, Gravity Rush Remastered is also highly recommended. Right there on the PS Store, and you can get a physical copy as an Amazon exclusive.

If you like JRPGs, Star Ocean 5 comes out in a couple months. I think Nights of Azure came out last month - not sure what the impressions are like but maybe give it a look to see if it's your alley. Final Fantasy X/X-2 Remaster, if you've either never played it or have and want to re-experience it.

I'd get the Uncharted collection if you haven't played any of them or even 1 of them. 60fps Uncharted is a dream.

Until Dawn is supposed to be a really good cinematic horror experience with actual branching choices. Haven't played it myself but gaffers seem to love it.

The Last of Us remastered as well if you haven't played it. Benefits massively from a 60fps upgrade.

Resogun & Until Dawn & Drive Club are easy recommendations. All are awesome games.


Order 1886 is very cheap right now, get it for the visuals [and fairly OK game beneath it, I liked it].
Second Son is very good [and First Light is great also]
Killzone Shadowfall is solid launch title, worth of one playthrough
Gravity Rush is very solid, great remaster


Did you have PS3? If not, TLOUR, Uncha colleciton, Beyond/HR should also be on your mind.

I forgot about the Order! I remember seeing it ok release and wishing I could play it.

Kind of playing the waiting game right now with PS4 exclusives. Can't really complain since it was a gift, but if you play all multiplatform games on PC...now isn't the best time to get a PS4. I'm kind of in the same boat where my PS4 was a gift.

Persona 5, Ni No Kuni 2, Uncharted 4, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Danganronpa 3 (assuming it is coming to the west) are the main things I'm holding onto my PS4 and looking forward to.

Right now though....haven't turned the thing on since August.

Also I had/have a PS3 and played TLOU and Uncharted before, but if you haven't then those are worth the pick up.

Last of Us Remastered.... its one of those life changing games that EVERYONE should play at some point and its much better on the PS4 vs PS3

It's a very fun arcadey game.

The Last of Us is a must.

If you like JRPGs, of course there's Persona 5 coming but you could also download the FFXV demo for free right now.

Until Dawn, Bloodborne. Probably Uncharted 4. Last of Us if you haven't played it yet.

I wouldn't call Infamous near a must have like a lot here seem to be. Might be worth it for cheap or if you just want something pretty. Incredibly bland game.

Then you have to buy the PS3 trifecta remasters on PS4: TLOU, God of War 3 and Journey.

For PS4 original titles: Until Dawn and Second Son. The Order for the eye candy (seriously, this is literally one of the best looking games ever, including PC games).

ALSO, Uncharted 4 is coming in 2 weeks! Make sure to buy The Nathan Drake Collection to get into the series!
