I grew up knowing do whatever it takes to win. People always complained that I blocked too much, grabbed too much, knew too many high damaging combos, etc. If it ain't one thing its another people complain about. Either stop me from doing it or hold that L.

Well..I did say grab. Again, Big..don't play this man lol. Stick to your level.

Not a thing we (20 of us) did. Plain and simple. The world ain't me/us. Adapt or die, obviously..

Nancy Buirski To Make Jim Crow South Sexual Violence Drama
Award-winning filmmaker Nancy Buirski has her next project lined up. The director of “The Loving Story” and “By Sidney Lumet” will helm “The Rape of Recy Taylor,” described as an “epic story of sexual violence in Jim Crow South.”

Taylor was gang raped in Abbeville, Alabama by seven white men in 1944. She spoke up against her rapists, a decision that put her life — as well as the lives of her family members — in danger. Her story was noticed by NAACP, and namely their chief investigator, civil rights activist Rosa Parks.

The doc, which is in talks with HBO Documentary Films, will be produced by Buirski’s company Augusta Films and Beth Hubbard (“Christmas in Compton”). It will be produced in association with independent production company Transform Films.

“When Nancy brought the idea to us it stopped us in our tracks,” commented Nick Stuart, head of Transform Films. “The story she had and the access she has will make this documentary a powerful contribution to the race debate America has to have.”

Think this describes of lot of who we deal with

Pretty much the extreme interpretation of "I may not agree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

But that discussion brings you into things like the definition of free speech rights (what we want the government to do vs what we are asking private institutions to do), the difference between speech and actions that actually hurt people, and so-on.

Morning you people

That was the saltiest stream by TYT yet.

Just pure comedy gold.
They were so hurt and broken and inflamed with privilege. They shitted on the dude they invited on because he was being even handed

Your people? I mean I know you love Asian women and Kpop and all but...you're not actually Asian.
Nigga you corny

Goddamn driving in some Asian countries and Russia is real.

there's an e3 between NX's launch and NX's first holiday. i wouldn't worry.

there's no point to showing NX at this E3. Half the companies withdrew, and showing hardware that far away from launch just gives competitors time to ctrl c ctrl v.

it's all strategically sound,imo.

also, Sony doing just fine and they did PS4's main reveal at a non-E3 event.

Maybe I still feel like Nintendo will fuck it up anyway.

Launching Holiday 2016 just puts them lost in the fray of the VR jerkoff and PS4K.

Holiday 2017 means ports competing with existing console dev time and supply constraints

March 2017 (and Nintendo has launched multiple successful hardware in March) gives them an E3 between launch and holiday, gets them out of the 2016 clusterfuck, lets them account for the 4K if they so desire, developers aren't making the NX version of late 16 / early 17 hardware at the same time as other consoles, they have a GDC, PAX East, E3, PAX Prime that they can openly have hardware and playable demos at.

March 2017 also gets them Destiny 2 in September 2017, instead of Destiny 2 Months After It Already Came Out.

Ubisoft has paused AssCreed for 2016 and won't be releasing one this holiday, so Nintendo isn't missing out on a major Ubi title either for not making this year.

*developer hat on* Strategically, this all makes sense. It makes sense for ports, it makes sense for hardware supply, it makes sense because they can let Sony talk themselves ragged for E3 2016 and then be the main attraction for GDC, PAX East, E3 2017, and PAX Prime going into Holiday 2017.

*developer inside baseball hat on top of developer hat* Also, by releasing at the start of most everyone's fiscal year, they won't suffer from what happened to the Wii U, where a bunch of companies pushed U titles back into fiscal 2013 to make their numbers look better. Developers spin down during December and January, so why put the NX in that position anyway.

Plus they can make retailers happy by exhausting all of their Wii U supply this holiday. Not gonna bet money but wouldn't be surprised to see a farewell Wii U bundle that acts as a soft price cut to empty out the warehouses and retail channel.

way too much logic and forward thinking for a post on a video game messageboard. Need to dank up the memes

Remember that Microsoft literally sold people bricks at the One's launch. You had to connect it online and download the console's brain before it could actually be used.

As long as you can turn the NX on as soon as you get home and put a game in, Nintendo is not fucking shit up as bad as Microsoft did.

I'm disapointed in the Zelda Delay and NX coming out in March, but it really does clear up my Holiday games purchases so I only focus on the XONE line up and getting a new TV. Plus there's quite a few Wii U games I still haven't played yet.

Honestly I still doubt the neo will be coming out this fall, and wouldn't be surprised if the Xbox 1.5 is 2017 as well.

Watch the NX be built around some feature like tickling your boothole while you play and folks will say gaming will never be the same again.

it's just like, nintendo pays marketing firms and lawyers and other people big money to do the worrying for them

just like

fucking see if you want the console when it's released. you don't? don't buy it. you like it? buy that shit. don't be wringing your hands concerned about the company, that's not really something you should be concerned with
