How about support for HDD larger than 2TB and fixing the bug that won't let you install anything even if you have more than enough space.

Wasn't this fixed in 3.5? Atleast for Nyko Databank users? The install bug still exists, noticed it last week myself

What's wrong with that? Some of the social features are pretty cool. Being able to set up an even and invite people to it, and have your PS4 automatically start up and join the party... That's a cool feature that my friends and i make some good use of.

There is always risks with beta firmware but that is exactly why they are testing it. Also you can roll back your firmware if the beta firmware causes issues.

Now if only my PS4 would quit beeping randomly during play. The drive is 2TB OEM, don't know why it gives a random single beep.

I really wish they would go ahead and allow it, but I think I've begrudgingly accepted that they probably won't do it for some reason. I'm sure they are afraid it will allow piracy somehow, but both MS and Nintendo allow it without any issues. Maybe some day.

I guess I'll finally upgrade my internal drive at some point. I actually don't play my PS4 very much now because of space management tedium. I know the upgrade is simple, but I really don't need a 500GB external drive.

There are still quite a few codecs missing from the media player.

The dedicated PS+ XMB page is laggy and unoptimized.

Thing I want most is external storage support but it's not happening. There must be serious performance and/or security concerns or it would have happened already. Maybe on Neo.

Other than that, I really just want them to steal some Xbone features. Auto cloud save sync (downloads, not just uploads, and from any console, not just primary), and cloud sync for captures. Separate installed vs ready to install sections in library. Ability to hide things from library (e.g. old demos and betas). Some kind of pinning system.

And for the love of god please enable two-factor auth and fix whatever it is that prevents me from installing a 100MB patch when I've got over 100GB of free space.

Honestly can't think of any additions or improvements that are important to me.

I think most of the other suggestions listed here and elsewhere would be more welcome.

Things like;

• Folders
• 2-Step Verification
• The ability to sort the Library (remove all the Destiny Alpha's and Beta's I have)
• The ability to view others Wish List's and 'gift' games (similar to Steam)
• Ability to pin 'Favourite' games

Not against the Community and Social features, but would prefer any of the above over them any day.
