He is willing to do a 1 for 1 if vere flips town and dies the next day. If both me and vere are scum and I'm lying about being wm why won't he offer up himself to be lynched. Proving me wrong and as scum.
He isn't cop because he wouldn't have lied in the first place about who he was.

The power that Verelios claims to have is an extremely safe claim because it involves his ultimate, one of the first things to come to mind when you think about Lucio.
But there are other possibilites for what Lucio could be.
For example, he could use his Sonic Amplifier to disrupt people and act as a Scum Roleblocker.
Also, in a role madness game, using a 1shotallBP before any protective roles have died is quite suspect
