"Cultural fit" always drives me up the wall in a corporate setting. Probably the top cited reason for why people shouldn't be hired - "Billy seems right for the role but I'm not sure he's a cultural fit." Clearly a catch-all for whatever random prejudices the interviewer has, but just vague enough to avoid pushback from coworkers. I've seen some pretty crazy shit passed off as this so I demand clarity when I hear it.
