I would recommend pepper spray as it's a much easier way to disable perpetrators without causing permanent injury, plus the nature of it as a spray makes it easy to use in situations where you're outnumbered.

If you're using a gun or a knife for self-defense you must be absolutely prepared to kill your aggressors. I really do not recommend it. You might come out alive, but it will fuck you up mentally for life (and depending on how stacked the court and evidence are against you, you might also lose your freedom). Pepper spray is a much safer option all-around. Less lethal, quick, not nearly as loud as a gun, no bleeding everywhere, etc., etc.

Keep yourself safe, but at least be smart about it.

Yeah pulling a knife escalates the situation A LOT and the consequences can be dire. I would also recommend spray and maybe some self defence classes. A punch to the throat always works well.

My last cut session (walked/ran 15 miles) cut 7 pounds of water weight. Hovering around 165 now which is alright but wanna cut another 5 or so pounds. It's harder to do in the winter up here because god damn is my body not designed for the cold. My skin will start bleeding like 4 miles into any weekly run lol.
