I assume that being in TFS is a well-paying gig, even though they're obviously doing it partly out of love (that being the whole reason why they started). I haven't seen any indications that they're burning themselves out and the only thing holding them together is their drive to complete DBZA. So if DBZA is completed, I think they'll try to find a new reason to stick together. It shouldn't be that hard for them to find something new that they love, which is also popular.

Just go back to DB or move on to super. They have enough materials to do this till retirement age.

I always forget they don't technically make any money off of DBZA. When the moment dries or they decide they want to do something different, I really think they might becoming a straight up dubbing company or something of the like. Their voice actors go onto other projects all the time and it just seems like the logical conclusion for them.

Other things I'd enjoy: a fictional podcast.

A good chunk of TFS are already on Funimation's payroll (TFS Teen Gohan & Cloud is the voice of Deku in My Hero Academia), so they have a means to pay the bills besides their TFS Gaming channel. Hell, I wouldn't be shocked if some of them got roles in DBS.

They have a pretty massive Patreon you know. Saying 'they make no money' is kind of silly in my opinion. They make no money off their work on someone else's material, because that would be a lawsuit and it's gone. But claiming there's no money coming in is silly.

Not only their Patreon, but their merch sales and their gaming channel (with over 558k subscribers as of this posting) bring in the money too.
Lani and Kaiser have also been doing voices for Funimation and Sentai Filmworks.

General Ivan (Dr. Gero and Cooler) also did some pretty big roles in Fairy Tail and One Piece, and even got the lead of Overlord.

As the person who steered the conversation in this direction last night, I should point out that I already mentioned their Patreon, as well as their merch and gaming channel (in an attempt to explain the nuance of why I think TFS will continue), and since I said it nobody has actually gone on a "they make no money" track.

Doesn't one of the Broly movies feature Videl? They should just focus on the b-plot of that one and cut out as much of Broly as possible.

If anything, I imagine it's harder to take existing works that are already funny and make them funny in a different way than taking stuff that's serious and making it funny (or poking fun at it). The Cell Arc in particular is easily the most dramatic and has the least amount of humor of all the DB arcs.

Yeah. It's pretty decent work! While it's obvious they aren't from the same show. They did a nice job making them almost kind of look like they're. Helps that their both from around the same time so they both got that sort of grainy old look to it.

Here's the thing, I think the only TFS Abridged (or satalite) character who could come close to Cell's level is Alucard.

And he's on a boat right now.

And Cell probably has his cells (would explain the thirst for one thing).
