GAMEPUMP - Service cancelled, everyone refunded + 2 bonus apology games

I think the publisher model makes way more sense. There are some older games I'd gladly pay for new Steam versions of, but I can't see paying a subscription not knowing what I was going to get each month.

Same here as a Nov16 bro. No email, but I see a pending refund on my paypal now.

Got +20 dollars in my paypal account. Will this be stored as PP credit or can I put it back into the Credit card I initially used for the purchase?
 
It was already linked to begin with. Guess I just gotta wait for the lock on the refund to be lifted and have it sent to the CC.

Ah yes, you mean there is a pending status on the refund? Yeah, so I guess after some time it will be finalised and transferable.

As far as I know it takes up to 8 days for pending PayPal payments to go through. Had this already with another refund. Will be saved as PayPal money though so you have to manually charge it to your bank account.

No mail and no pending refund on paypal yet. I did request a refund on their site the 25th. Maybe that's why :/

Yeah refunds take a while. I think they have to secure the money from the refunders bank account before they free up an actual refund to the refundee.

I wish it would hurry up, I want to GAMEPUMP the cash into Diluvion.

Just got an e-mail through about a refund, never requested one it just came through.

A shame, but props to the guys for pro-actively refunding people if the whole thing has fallen through. Hopefully they can get things sorted and try again later.

I received it on PayPal today, so it only took about 2 workdays for it to be charged back. Hope that gives you guys a approximate time frame for the whole procedure
 
Shame that the service fell through, on paper it sounds like a great pitch but in reality I'm sure it's much harder getting meaningful games re-released. Like, there would have to already be some reason that they hadn't already. Anyway, respect for refunding everyone. At least he didn't take the money and disappear.

I got my refund yesterday, so they're still processing through.

Do hope it starts back up at some point. It's a solid idea!

Oh wow, I asked for refund when they delayed for the first time and haven't really been following since. Was pretty surprised to see keys in my email :D
 
Still no keys here. I am going to give it a few days, but in the event they never arrive is there a specific email address I should contact?
 
based off of the games we're getting, it seems like it was total bullshit when they said that the Turok PC port was in line with the service's kinds of games
