I've killed probably 50% of those turkeys and 0% of those Thunderjaws.

I've killed about three turkeys so far and probably 50 wild boars. I wonder how many wild boars have been killed.

(I have also destroyed 0% Thunderjaws).

I haven't even attempted to take down a thunderjaw yet.
Should give it a shot tonight now I'm much more comfortable with combat.

I killed 1 Thunderjaw. How many % would that be of the total? :p

Even on easy it took quite some time to kill it. Just dodgedodgedodge and use hard arrows, fire arrows and bombs and it should go down.

I have to say for such a large intimidating machine, it is pretty easy to takedown compared to some of the other ones.

My noob strategy for Thunderjaws:
Steal its 2 disc launcher heavy weapons and blast it to pieces.

I'm way too scared of Thunderjaws

One was OK.

Last night I met two. At the same time.

I ran.

I didn't even have the hard-tipped arrows when I killed it, I just used fire arrows and bombs, haha. Seen videos of your solution, and it seems to make it a cakewalk.

I wonder how they even track these stats? This game isn't always online or anything.

I'm pretty sure that they are using some sort of telemetry for this. Even though the game isn't online, I'm pretty sure it sends data back to the devs to see what is popular vs whats not in the game.

My first Thunderjaw fight was when I was looking for the override upgrade, I didn't even know I would be paired in a fight with one, I was so underpowered compared but I beat it with persistence and an obscene amount of TRAPS!!! The other three Thunderjaw that I killed was with more of positioning and one was cat and mouse

Most games has some sort of game analytics integration. So even though you can play it fully offline, if you do have an internet connection, chances are you're sending data to the devs.

Yeah it's really intimidating.
Saw one at level 12 and shit my pants lol

Wait til you meet the
Behemoth
. I'm level 33 or 34, and I haven't even dared taking on one of those yet D: It's not as yuge as the Terminatorosaurus Rex, but IIRC it has massive plating, making it hard to kill.

Turkeys are the real enemy, best twist evar

Thunderjaw encounters are always fun. Blow off their weapons and armor, tie them down, then shove a million arrows into their heart. Stalkers tho...they fucking suck.

Thunderjaws are a little too on the easy side, if only because their own weapons can deal a lot of damage too him. Without them is surely a lot of fun to fight.

Yup more afraid of a pack of Stalkers that a Thunderjaw. Still my favorite is the Raveger, oh how I love that WMD.

I took down my first one last night at level 21. It wasn't too bad, but come equipped with lots of health resources and be ready to dodge roll a lot. I found one of the most effective strategies to be to run away from him and set a few explosive trip wires in his path. They do quite a bit of damage, and every couple of then will knock him down.

Those are even easier. Exposed elemental canister and super high damage weak spots. They go down in 1 ice arrow, 6 sharpshooter arrows
