Ray's pizza at the edge of Temple Bar on Same Street is the best if you're looking for something good but cheap. If willing to go a little further Captain America's has a decent lunch offer and the food is amazing.

Also anyone here try Cosmo yet? Heard great things about it but can't tell if it's just because it's the new hip joint for the kids these days or because it actually has high quality food and blends all those types of foods really well.

I wouldn't call it high-quality but it's fine. It's a buffet with a few bells and whistles to justify being twice the price of a regular buffet.

Never been, last one I was in was the one in Stephens Green, food wasn't great but buffet! ate myself sick haha

Hey ya'll. I'll be visiting Galway for the next three days, and Dublin on Saturday afternoon/evening. I already go some good tips as to what to do in the western coast in the thread I made, but I was wondering if there is something I could enjoy while in Dublin for just an afternoon, as well as good eating places in both towns.

Guinness factory tour is pretty good.

On a separate note, anyone wanna buy a 3&2 leather seat recliner sofa 😂Can't seem to offload them at all at all

it will be a 1-1 draw and the utd faithful will be moaning about the united way, while our ex manager still will wonder why UTD can't just defend a 1-0 lead. It will be a terrible football match but a media spectacle!

Gonna be a massive victory with pogba keeping Kante in his pocket all day

The good thing about being a Chelsea fan in Ireland, is only kids and mesupport Chelsea, so all the adult-sized merch can be had on sale a month or so after release!

At ed sheeran st the moment. Is pretty good but the amount of young ones that are pass out drunk is shocking.

It's been on just about an hour and the wife and I have spotted at least 15 being pulled out of the standing crowd cuz they're too drunk.

Like I'm all for drinking and banter but why get that drunk?

Edit: I realise it's kinda ironic coming from me but that was late late at night. This is 9:30

By surprised it wasn't too bad, Garda everywhere last night so I'd say the mess is localised somewhere else.

That's how it always is unfortunately, count yourself it wasn't a festival. Had to stand next to a group of about 10 youngsters pissed for the whole day one of the days of Longitude 2 years ago, one set of them just had their tongues in each other's throats for the entirety of the evening including Hozier who was the final act (so it's not like they were waiting for someone else). The best experience I had was in Cork at The Marquee for Lana Del Rey a few years back. Security made sure everyone that queued up early got in first by getting people to number each other and then staggered entries at groups of 20 or so until a few hundred were in. Also no-one under 18 allowed. I hate this county for gigs.
