You guys better keep some money for Trails the 3rd.

Why is it that whenever someone mentions Trials, this is the first thing that comes to mind?

Halo Wars wasn't really that good of a game, they did an ace job at making RTS playable on gamepad, but one of the unfortunate sacrifices they had to make to reach that goal was making the missions and maps extremely small in scale, to reduce the map awareness and map moving required by the player (or rather his gamepad), resulting in the fact that you barely ever do something at more than one spot at a time.

The actualy strategy part wasn't all that deep either and came down to a simpliefied version of the RPS principle, it also had barely any base building (it works the same way it did in LOTR: tBfM 1)

Looking forward to seeing the mainline Halo titles on steam tho

It's easily the most similar title to old school campaign and conquer I have played in quite a while. Considering these days every RTS has to be some complex nonsense. An RTS turning around and making things simpler isn't a bad thing. You throw on some C&C1 music while playing and the game is 👌

You're thinking of Quantum Break.

Might as well say Timeshift, Singularity, Back to the Future (that I still haven't played despite owning for... well too long), and the long list of time related games. Honestly time travel stuff is 'meh' for me at this point.

But in all seriousness, we've been playing the 'when is Halo stuff going to be on Steam' for a loooong time now. Spartan Ops don't count.

Halo Wars on Steam is a welcome surprise!

they should port halo 3, i like that game

Halo 3 was fun but I'm actually one of the few who enjoyed Halo Reach the most. Big Team Battles in that game were simply amazing. I know some people hated the game because of the DMR but I absolutely love(d) that rifle.

I also completely forgot that Halo 6 will definitely release on PC but then again, after the disappointing Halo 4 and the even worse campaign of Halo 5 (at least it's multiplayer is good) I'm not sure I even want that anymore.

I haven't played reach because my 360 died :( honestly if scorpio could run all the 360 games at native resolution i'd get one just to play all those 360 games i'm missing

This is me. They catch me with their pretty pixel art and interesting blends of gameplay, but in the end they leave me disappointed. Now they go after my heart with the hook, so I don't know what to do.

Looking forward to the reviews, the game seems to be pushed heavily by the Sony marketing team, so I bet there'll be a lot of outlets that will cover it. I need something to play in between sessions of Nier Automata, Flinthook might fit the bill.

Dark Souls III: The Fire Fades Edition.

Is this the complete package? Is the game fully wrapped, no more downloadable content?

After 2 or 3 years, I finally realized Enhanced Steam gives you control over the colors. THIS was driving me crazy for the longest.

I think this was the default. JShackles alert!

For you.
So halo 3 coming soon? Amd did accidentally reveal it in their pc PowerPoint

They didn't reveal anything at all, they just used some generic Halo artwork that happened to come from Halo 3. Doesn't really mean anything other than the intern who made the powerpoint went to google images and searched for "halo artwork"
