Eleven current and former Fox News employees filed a class-action lawsuit in New York against the network, accusing it of “abhorrent, intolerable, unlawful and hostile racial discrimination.”

The lawsuit, filed in State Supreme Court in the Bronx, expands a complaint filed at the end of March by Tichaona Brown and Tabrese Wright, two black women who worked in the Fox News payroll department. In particular, the suit contends that Judith Slater, the company’s longtime comptroller, engaged in racist behavior and made racist remarks and that senior executives ignored her actions. A third Fox News employee, Monica Douglas, joined the lawsuit earlier this month. Fox News fired Ms. Slater in February.

The lawsuits contend that Fox News employees repeatedly complained about racial discrimination to current network executives but that no action was taken and that the inappropriate behavior continued.

Fox News' legal troubles grew even larger Tuesday, with new plaintiffs, including an anchor, joining a suit alleging racial discrimination and harassment at the network.

The suit is now headlined by Kelly Wright, a black reporter and anchor who has been with Fox News since 2003. Wright claims that he "has been effectively sidelined and asked to perform the role of a 'Jim Crow' -- the racist caricature of a Black entertainer."

Wright's allegations involve, among others, recently fired Fox News host Bill O'Reilly and current network co-president Bill Shine.

The suit claims that Wright was shunned from O'Reilly's now-canceled program, "The O'Reilly Factor," and that Shine "has demonstrated an obsession with race when it comes to discussions with Mr. Wright, including regularly asking him, 'how do Black people react to you' and 'how do you think White viewers look at you?'"

Supersonic, idiotic, disconnecting, not respecting, who would really ever wanna go and top that
They're about to get hit with a One of the Not So Good Ones countersuit in 3...2...1...

I am glad this is happening and the timing could not be more perfect right after the settlement and the boycott leading to Bill being booted. No one should put up with a hostile work environment and I hope more shit comes out because of this.

What? I for one am shocked. Fox fostered a racist environment? Who would have ever thought......Ok I can't keep a straight face anymore. Based off everything else this does not surprise me one damn bit. Hell there was a story a bit back of Hanity pulling a gun on Juan Williams.

Surprise surprise. The network that's riddled with misogynistic men and sexual assault law suits also harbors racists. Who would have thunk it.

It's been long past time to burn down Fox News. Maybe it's starting to crumble just a bit.

I'm so shocked that a conservative news network treated black folks like it was the 1940s again.

Yoooo I just saw that clip and that shit was disrespectful. Bill O Reilly has some brass balls on him, of this there is no doubt.
