Glad I held off on importing~!

Now, to just confirm how to move my save data over, and my 3DS will then just become a Culdcept machine!

Probably will. MHTri was 480p on Wii, so going to 1080/60 (Stuttery) might've been a tiny bit taxing. Can't imagine going from 240p to 720p/1080p/60fps will be more taxing

They should be able to put together a beautiful game at 1080p/720p 60fps.

This is the kind of support we were expecting from them. This is not a game I'm interested in playing, but more like this would be awesome. Though, I'll admit that I really wanted to play Dragon's Dogma on the NS.

So they waited until USFII hit the #1 spot on Amazon US bestsellers chart before announcing this..........

........I see you, Capcom.

All according to keikaku.

Where are all the people saying MH5 was going to be PS4 + Switch? Still feeling confident about that?

Wastes hours checking old Famitsu software data, but that's why we love him.

I don't know who will get what but I absolutely think PS4 is getting Monster Hunter in some form. Maybe more western focused while Switch continues with the traditonial series.

This will be my first Monster Hunter game. I really enjoyed Freedom Wars on Vita, and I think the gameplay is supposed to be similar, right? Hopefully I like it.

Oh man this is incredible. As if Switch's sales weren't already amazing in Japan this isn't gonna shoot it through the roof. RIP Vita

After not being super into Generations I said the only way Capcom would get me to buy Generations 2 would be if they ported it to Switch.

That'll do Capcom, that'll do.

Guys. If I never played a MH game ever in my life can I get this one and fully enjoy it?

It's a series I've always wanted to get into but never really got into it. Definitely willing to jump in on the Switch.

You can definitely enjoy this one, but the best entry for newcomers is still Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. This is more of a sidestep, introduces some mechanics that may or may not stay on future entries. The best thing of MH4U for newcomwrs was the single player campaing that had a serviceable story for new players while this one is more of "lets throw many references to old games as fan service, story? Who needs that"
