A remake of Shadow of the Colossus sounds like utter nonsense to me. I don't even understand why you'd choose that particular game to remake, unless there's a movie tie-in planned, but even then... ugh. Why bother? The original is a masterpiece and there's nothing else like it. Just leave it as a one-and-done type deal.

SoTC is great and all, but I want new games.
It's Capcom's game not Sony's, it appearing at Sony's conference is just what most of us are assuming. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened but nothing is guaranteed in life

Just about in the first week, it had better legs though. It probably met expectations. We know it outsold Ico & Shadow of The Colossus week 1 at least and I doubt Sony expected it to sell much better than those.

You do know that it make no sense comparing sales for those games.
TLG budget was most likely much small and sales expectation would also be lower compare to DR4.
Any way a SOTC remake would be interesting with new controls and more colossus .
Seeing that game with this gen gfx and animation would be amazing .

Yeah, I was a bit too excited when I posted that. It would be disappointing if the only "new" game that was shown was SotC remake. Hoping we see some awesome new games too, like SP's new IP. I'll still gladly take a remake, though.

It doesn't really make sense for that to be the case given that SotC is Sony's own game and Shawn seems to be referring to third party devs there.

I checked 2016 Sony trailers, none of the title card come with studio logo, only show studio after.

Dishonored 2 and RDR2 had developer logos on their title cards. Plenty of other games also have a closing title card with developer and platform logos. I just think it's weird you are acting like this is hard evidence in any way.

Just looking at that image you can see questionable artifacting/editing marks, I'm certain image analysis would throw up a few flags.

I love seeing new games just like everyone else but even without them Sony E3 line up is rather good.
Still they will show new games so that is a given .
Yeah...Microsoft is announcing a new console and all Sony is going to show is a SOTC remake...I'll believe it when I see it.
