My biggest fear is that (season 3 spoilers)

while Emily is fine with Todd being asexual by the end of the season, there might be some kind of issue between the two of them over her still being sexually interested in him and Todd not.

That or well, he ends up with Bojack again in season 4 similar to how the end of season 2 ended up.
