Street Fighter V |OTVIII| New Delayed Generation - Controversial Inputs

Alpha hair is disgusting to me, much worse than bananas. I also don't think the gi looks very good with his model/stance that were obviously designed with his new default outfit in mind. It looks better on Ryu for sure.

I'm with Omni that the tuxedo seemed cool at first but it's actually kinda lame looking in action. Compare it to bancho Ryu and despair.
only Ken players really understand the struggle. Lol

His alpha GI is definitely off with his new stance, it looks weird with his animations and his hair is just lazy when we have characters like Necali and Mika who's hair look great.

And as Luce mentioned, Capcom is determined to give Ken only joke costumes which are ugly as ever in this game.

Sigh...maybe cowboy will actually be decent lol...I do like Ken's default tho, so there's that. In-game he looks sick, just should have gave him a man bun instead of bangs.

This Abigail stage is fucking too sick, my favorite stage in a long time. Killed it with this one.

Think we'll see Zeku in his storymode?

Yeah I will have a hard time deciding between Ryu's Suzaku Castle and Abigail's Bay Area stage to buy with FM. Both look great.

I'll buy the stage. I plan on going to like two of them and it's like three less coffees this week so whatever.
It's really weird -- $10 is nothing, but it's 1/6 of what I paid for the game, and spending that much money on a stage just feels wrong. I've already spent a fortune on DLC as it is.

Still can't comprehend why Capcom won't bring back last year's bundle. I didn't buy anything because there was no bundle on PC, but now that they finally have it, it's costumes I'm not a big fan of and a stage that reminds me of CvS2 (while I love that game, the stages were absolute trash).

Agreed, it could add some value to the 2017 bundle.

I feel the dlcs in this game are aimed at people like me where this is really my only online game and a game i play far more than anything else. So twice a year i just buy the bundles because i like supporting the game.

IntelliHeath

As in "Heathcliff"
I think he'll show up in one of the artwork slides.

I really want the sumo arena, but it's hard justifying $10 on a stage when I don't care about supporting the CPT.

Well, if you didn't buy it this time then I will paint a likely scenario where you would post a post that you"regrets" that you didn't purchase it and you can't stand having a greyed out stage(s) on the stage selection. And you would hope they would give the customers an opportunity to sell the stages again.

I'm fine with contributing my money to CPT and get myself a good stage. I meant CPT 2017 stage is even way better than CPT 2016 Stage. I meant those players practices and works hard to bring us the entertainment value in the tournaments. Without them, we wouldn't have many fighting games out there.

The new stage costs $10? WTF?

50% of the cost would go to Capcom Pro Tour for prize rewards.

From the CPT blog.

A minimum of 30% of the revenue will go to the Capcom Cup 2017 prize pool, and an additional 50% of the revenue is invested into Capcom Pro Tour production. That means that Capcom contributes more than 80% of all CPT DLC revenue directly to support Capcom Pro Tour initiatives.

Marvel

could never
I am very intrigued by the size of this guy. I'm not super into massive characters but I find Agonos from KI fun. Just gotta be creative with the moveset (never tried Hugo)

O MY RUBBER ABBY

My girlfriend keeps screaming at me because I promised I'd stop changing characters and she caught me with Nash this morning.

I'll stay faithful when I have to.

I'll stay faithful with you Abby.

Probably a bad idea to push an update with the biggest tournament going on etc!?

Hmm - I would think with the thousands of people watching at home, it would be better to take advantage of the hype. I'd be buying all that shit from my phone right now lol.

That's why they're announcing the new character and stage during the Top 8.

Keep in mind that means the trailer will be live streamed onto both Twitch and two live TV programs.

There will probably be at least one DLC announcement at the Comic-Con panel on the 21st. We might get more nostalgia costumes or a second wave of swimsuit costumes or something.
