PAL Charts - Week 32, 2017

I don't think the SELL numbers are based on revenue. Miitopia wouldn't chart for consecutive weeks if that was the case (or it's selling extremely well ?).

Miitopia is selling extremely well, right now is best selling game on Amazon FR, without count preorders.

Is it going to be a new week, Another Win for
Crash
?

That would mean that Agents of Mayhem bombed hard. It is their next big title after Saints Row series which always sold well, in fact the game it is set in the same fictional universe. It is true though that things aren't looking too well, Saints Row: The Third was massive in its day. I will check how they debuted.

Agents of no one cares about them, huge flop, 4th spot debut. It failed to even match Saints Row IV: Re-Elected & Gat Out of Hell first week sales.

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy takes top spot for 7th week

Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy’ (-23%) takes the No1 spot and has now made it 7 weeks at the top of the All Formats Charts, extending its record of most times at No1 for 2017. After 2 weeks of no new entries, Deep Silver’s new release ‘Agents of Mayhem’ debuts at No4, while Paradox’s ‘City Skylines: Playstation 4 Edition’ comes in at No20 in its debut week. This means it trumps its Xbox One counterpart, which failed to make the Top 40 when it came out in Week 16 earlier this year. It’s business as usual for Rockstar/Take 2’s ‘GTA V’ (-4%) as it climbs one place back up to No2. ‘Fifa 17’ (-12%) on the other hand drops 3 places to No15, while ‘Football Manager 2017’ (+476%) re-enters the charts at No22 after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Ok so that's bomb of the year in the bag. I assuming it didn't even crack 10k?

On the plus side it'll be £15 in a couple of weeks.

All this talk of low sales makes me thing of Mario x Rabbids.

The title still hasn't made it in to the top 100 sellers of the year on amazon.co.uk. Zelda, MK8D, Arms and Splatoon 2 were all in it prior to their launches (arms was around 90th, SPlatoon 2 around 80th at launch), and even Super Mario Odyssey is in the top 50 already.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free

I mean its the UK.....unless we are talking about the biggest games (Mario plattformer, Mario Kart Pokemon, Zelda) pretty much everything Nintendo related underperforms in relation to Germany and France.

At the end of the day its still a tactical rpg and not a not a mainstream genre - the game will likely sell well overall in its lifetime...but its not a tentpole release. I expect it to pick up during the Holidays when more Switch consoles will be avaible for sale + bundles.

Yeah I know, but Arms was 90th and barely sold 13K at launch, I assumed anything Mario would outsell that :/ That being said, Amazon rankings aren't everything, people could just be buying from elsewhere....

Agents of 'Meh'hem. I've joked about that game being the Battleborn of 2017, but it's true, it really is! You'll be able to buy it for £5 brand new in about three months time I'd wager.

I think it'll do ok in the UK. Not great but ok. If the reviews are as good as the previews are indicating then the pre-orders will pick up.
