It's up on Xbox live, I'm downloading it as we speak through the insider program. It's a 2.07gb download. Not sure if it'll be running when the download is finished.
Came home from work for lunch and checked our the insider program and bam

I live in the U.S and I just downloaded it from Xbox Live. It won't be up till September 16th though.

Just one of those weird what-if episodes that were happening when Dragon Ball's comeback was starting to be set in motion. Basically says that Bardock is the Legendary Super Saiyan, but it isn't canon as far as I know.

It's Arc System's fault for making these great graphic techniques.
If they had never came up with these intensive hand tweaked methods, and just used normal cel shading that other anime games used/use, they could have a bigger roster (and alt costumes).
People love to say ASW should be given this or that property, but there are tradeoffs and sacrifices.

That is true, there are always trade-offs with this sort of thing, but I'm not too worried about it. This game is going to be a hit and they'll probably support it through DLC for a long time to come, until its successor comes along. Dragon Ball is just on a different level from anything they've worked on. The cast of characters is so expansive that they'll have plenty of room to work with for future revisions. With a property like this, and the level of detail ASW puts into the games, they were never going to satisfy everyone's roster dreams, but they have the opportunity to do so in the future thanks to the Dragon Ball brand. My guess is that this game will be a massive hit, and given how well Xenoverse has sold, I think we will likely see a new Dragon Ball game annually, alternating between ASW and arena style games, for years to come.

Yep. For example, I don't give a fuck about Broly but I recognize he's popular, likely to be in, and will likely have a very unique moveset. Just because I don't like him doesn't mean I'll start pulling things out of my ass saying "oh he's not canon so he has no shot" or whatever. Same with the GT stuff. So people not liking Super is petty af. It already has Super content, and they're not gonna ignore the new shiny popular thing in their new game.

Trying to make sense of this is hurting my head right now... Are they saying that Beerus, Gold Frieza and the Blue Sayians are movie characters? Super is going to make a presence in DBFZ no matter how much complaining there is. The only question is just how much we are going to see.
The only things we don't have a confirmation on is if there will be representation of any DB, GT or any other Toriyama works like Dr. Slump that might get in.
