I hope that means a lot of people are buying it.

I can't wait for Okami. Perfect game to come back to after PSX.
Unless they drop a download that next day for something sick.

Man I hope SF Anniversary is real then, but I don't remember it being on the ratings board.

Okami HD is real guys. If no one has played this game I suggest you pick it up. Fantastic story, unique visuals and gameplay.

I will buy both Digital and Physical on PS4. So happy this is happening. This year has been so full of good things.

#SFV servers are down for maintenance until 3PM PDT. Thanks for your support!

I just started playing SFV.

Whose the most honest character?

Also any good character resource website I can use?

Ryu? I dunno, you don't want to worry about honesty in fighting games. Just be dirty and win. Like Bison is fairly honest (okay, OFFLINE he's honest), but he's still got dirty stuff and that's what is fun about fighting games.

Check out Gief's Gym for a bunch of info.

It's a pretty good v skill mang.

Basically I'm a Ultra Sliver scrub about to bounce into Gold, but I feel like I never get to use it against anyone that doesn't have a projectile. Like with Abby,I can use his parry ezbreezy, but Bison's is just weird to me. And I rarely see Bison players use it, at least at high level, consistently enough. Is the risk/reward not worth it like Ryu's?

That's not the right mindset to tackle any game. You gotta be dirty in fighting games. No such thing as not being fair. Keep jumping on them until they AA you. Keep using the cheap stuff until they figure out a way to stop you. They will, eventually, but there's no reasonto hold back or play cute when you can steamroll.

I'll throw out a Psycho Ball, and then it's a guessing game of what's this man gonna do. Is he gonna dash up and throw? Is he gonna cross me up? Should I jump? If I jump will I get hell attack'd and pushed right into the fireball?

No wait he just EX Devil's Reverse'd me and I got hit by the ball on wakeup. Dang.

I play fighting games. I already play Mika, Karin, and Birdie just because I like them. It's not playing about playing fair or anything like that, I just wanted to get an idea of community opinion. I already know people dislike Laura and Balrog.

See this, this is the price point where I'll buy costumes for characters evenb if I don't really use them, and in the process end up giving Capcom more money than when they are selling individual costumes for at least twice of what they should. Bought

This sale is closer to what a base price point should be, even though they're still more expensive on sale than they ever were in previous games.

I mean, play what you like, I guess. I'm just saying honesty or dishonesty don't matter in fighting games. Are you afraid of being called a fraud or something?

I don't disagree but 90% of the cast looks just as ridiculous.
Even so, most of the swimsuit costumes look like fairly normal beach/swimwear type gear, with the exception of I guess Ibuki (but hers has the whole Strider homage going on). Cammy's is just stupid and sticks out as a result.

Yeah, the other 5 look like normal beachwear (and Laura/Mika's base outfits are surprisingly conservative) - Cammy's looks like a bad cosplay costume.

Cammy in general seems to have a lot of bad calls on her costume. (The swimsuit, the lack of a skirt on her story outfit.) Jak n Dexter Cammy is great though.

Man, why does the $40 deluxe version on PSN have to pop up this week? I'm already spending about $100+ on MvCI since I need the Brook adapter :( Guess I'll pick the deluxe version when it goes on sale some other time.

There's some unconventional uses for it. It can be surprisingly effective as an anti air (try it. record a dummy jumping in with different buttons/distances). It also has some good situational uses, Gief's stand fierce and ken's rh tatsu for example can be parried on reaction and in some circumstances can lead to a pretty decent conversion with a bar. As far as the risk reward is concerned, I think as long as the opponent doesn't have trigger or full CA it's fine to go for a parry here and there. I'll do it against a poke happy cammy or vega. Hell even as a pure gimmick it's good because barely anyone does it.

Maybe I'll spend some time in the lab. I read a guide that was like, parry Alex's elbows but I can never do it in a match tbh.

I just want that fireball. That's a few extra combos and more damage!
