Barrowman confirmed he ain't returning as Merlyn. Looks like Prometheus from last Arrow season. But also Nazi Ollie alongside Nazi Supergirl

Either Steel is out, or they had to intentionally leave some people out of the crossover for sake of streamlining the show. But considering he's a historian, he'd be kinda perfect for exploring the history of Earth X.

Wild Dog was announced as a series regular for this next season before season 5 even ended. We've known he was going to survive for a while now.

That really doesn't mean much. Other characters were suppose to be regulars as well I believe but they didn't show up as much as you thought they would. This particular series loves flashbacks and they started flashing back to season 1 last season.

The JSA is already established in this universe but I don't know if they've had a team since the 40's. They cpuld probably grab the name and become the modern day version.
