There's still the single player challenges, arcade mode and new single player races that will be added.

You should give online a shot though - it's not as bad as you think and with the rating system you'd hope that you'd be placed in races with even opponents

true, qualifying times also didn't deviate too much in my group, also with the SR i bet online racing would be cleaner than the AI

yup, going by skills, it should take about the same time length to get through all the campaign missions in GTS than previous games at launch. And because I do plan on going online when I feel I actually know how to drive a bit, the replay value is kinda endless IMO.

All GTS needs is more...the foundation is great.

- More cars
- More tracks
- More events

(I've previously really only been using the G25 in recent years on the PC where my desk is. My TV isn't in a position to take advantage of the desk for wheel mounting.)

I use a wheelstand pro with my t300. They do stands for logitech wheels too and sell from the UK.
I think the only way a G25 could work with a PS4 is through some sort of adapter box.
Its not supported natively.

I was of the same mind, but then I played an online race in the demo. Now I can’t go back.

I enjoyed the GTS campaign in the demo more than GT6's. It's only a matter of how many more endurance and actual racing events they have in the later parts of the campaign now.

Except the Sierra time attacks. They need to come back. Best new mode in a sim racer in years. So much fun.

I'm pretty sure this will be the case for a lot of people. PD's focus on quality and the core racing/driving experience has really turned a lot of opinions to the positive side.

I searched 50 pages with no luck. Anyone saved them?

Definitely a really good buzz around the game, personally I have not been this excited for a GT since GT3

Is it coming the 18th or 19th in Europe? I have it preordered here but I dont understand if they are sending it on the 18th (to arrive on the 19th) or if it's already arriving on the 18th.

It'll be out on the 18th, so a lot of shops should be getting/sending it out tomorrow.

Forza 7 facing controversy and not making a very positive splash also is giving GT a boost I’d think. Or at least that has gotten me to look more closely at the game these psst few days than I ever cared to do so in years of pre-release discussion and hype.

Not the general forum search function, but the search function within this thread. It's a magnifying glass on the right side towards the top of each page. Easily found the exact post using that.

It's the first GT game on the PS4, coming in past the likely halfway point of this generation. People are stoked, period.

PCars 2 with the Rift it is then until GT:S arrives.

Well it`s not mine PS4/account, I`m in EU still on 1.01.

So we have two Day1 patches: 1.01 sitting at 11GB and 1.02 at 12GB. Ready your data caps!

I see. And where did you take the shot from? I guess they release the second patch on waves so it should hit EU soon.

Strange how things have turned out, from all the praise for Forza 7 and hate for GT Sport before release and now it turns out GT delivers way more than expected and Forza 7 has let some people down.

I certainly think GT Sport will review much better than most expected now, because the demo was excellent.
