Still so many YouTubers bending over for 2K games so they get access to the game early.

"LOL the glitches are fun!"

Honestly, the in ring glitches are funny. New Legacy have been killing me and they dont get the game from 2k. They actually said they wouldn't want to get the game and have direct contact with the devs because they'd feel bad about breaking it so much.

Entire modes being broken isn't entertaining though.

AJ says to Jinder you haven't beaten be yet...

Yes he did in May

Who would have guessed that Rusev/Aiden English would be such a magical pairing... they are amazing together.

Zayn's entrance and music work so well for this heel persona... just over doing the dance to make it smug, it's great. It also plays into Sami's claim that he hasn't changed, that he's still a good guy.

Perhaps I'm just incredibly fatigued on open worlds but I don't really see how anyone can score BotW above an 8.

It's not even in the top 5 Zelda games.

The first 30 hours of that game is a blast, but then it becomes very easy and repetitive. Where it keeps it's highs is in the world and lore, but that's just every zelda game. Playing it I was thinking best zelda, but as my time moved on from it and i really thought on it I began to dissect it a lot more. For me I think it's a 4/5 (I hate 10 point scale). It has A LOT to work off, but it also was fairly safe in not providing enough.

I think BOTW does some things really right and it makes me really excited for the future of the franchise (in a way games like TP and SS did not), but it's also so clearly flawed so the insane praise still seems a bit strange to me.

I kind of think WWE 2k18 is a chapter of MGS2 and the simulation is breaking.

The amount of glitches year over year seems to actually be getting worse. I usually have to go out of my way to produce one but I have encountered a few even in one on one normal matches. They need a year off to just deal with this shit before they try to sell people VC.

I'm watching/skimming the few Nitros/RAWs before WWF turns the tide in the Monday Night Warz, and my goodness gracious is this Undertaker/Kane stuff hilarious garbage.

Paul Bearer is still an absolute delight, though.

Easily the best match outside NJPW this year. Miyahara is the best ace in the world, no contest.

I'd probably have to think about giving it that plaudit but I won't argue with anybody who thinks it is.

when you realize that you thought they were telling a Miyahara redemption story but it was actually a Suwama redemption story all along

Just to re-iterate, this one of the ten matches you must watch this year! Watch it!

(you may have to download the full file to watch, but the whole show is honestly very watchable)

Baldur's Gate 2, Ultima 4 and Ultima 7 are my favorites of all time.

Shout out to UItima Online too.

Seriously, Ultima Online was so fucking good.

I'm a big fan of Ultima 6. Realizing I've been slaughtering a whole civilization that just couldn't communicate with me, man, that fucked with my young heart.

Flaws are subjective (many thought it wa flawed for what it wasn’t, a rehash of past games) but also many tend to review the sum of the parts. The experience as it were...

Yep. I was amazed by it for about the same 30 hours, then it started feeling repetitive and the magic was somewhat gone.

yeah of course. I used that argument on my review too, didn't stop people from shitting on it, calling me wrong, tell me to kill myself/threatening to kill me!

Look at me, calling out things like: forgettable music, lack of a satisfying difficulty curve, cringeworthy voice acting, underwhelming finale and final boss, boring and generic dungeon bosses and designs, meh dungeons, lack of variety in dungeon designs and repetitiveness of shrines... fucking NITPICKS.

all those things I listed above are aspects that other Zelda games have knocked out of the park better than any other games ever made. there are expectations there and BOTW failed to meet them in a lot of ways. so a Zelda that does everything right that BOTW did, AND addresses some of the faults I found with the game... could be the GOAT.

I was going to write a more long winded post about why Ultima 4 is so important to me but it is for similar reasons to why Ultima 6 is important. In Ultima 4, it is so open ended and there is no evil overlord to conquer, you are just trying to find a decent way of living. Then in Ultima 5, the "virtues" you come across in Ultima 4 get corrupted and twisted into a fascist regime and you have to work against it. It was very forward thinking and open for the time.

It makes me a little bit sad the Ultima games in their prime came out 30 years or so ago and are more challenging progressively than most of what has come since. I also feel they are badly overlooked by a lot of people nowadays. The only game with world interaction close to Ultima 7 is the Divinity Original Sin games and they are kind of blatantly open about their inspiration, which is cool.

So my brother bought Wrassle Glitch 2K18 & I decided to comb over the trophy list, and wow. Half the list is just winning matches as or against certain people. 2K/Yukes really bringing the effort.

Yeah, I remember saying that Divinity OS2 feels a LOT like how those old Ultima games hold up in my head, despite the crushing reality (thanks GOG) - Ultima was so good, and has fallen so far in name value. Sadly.

What a great intro.

Still gotta win 100 online matches though!

Also I love that the achievement icon for cashing in Money in the Bank and winning the belt at Wrestlemania is Baron Corbin's logo.

Yeah, I am lucky my dad was given a PC for his work when I was a kid :p I really loved how Ultima was about someone from the real world going to this fantasy world. I shouldn't spoiler this because the games are 30 years old but still
getting back from your big quest to return home and having your TV and stuff stolen and being told not to ignore the real world was pretty out there at the time too, hehe.

They tried to do a similar thing for Shroud of the Avatar and uh https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meuys4JZZxA

Granted I've never played a 2D Zelda, but I've beaten every 3D console Zelda with the exception of Majora's Mask and BOTW is the best Zelda game ever IMO.

So, without any belts on the line in the TLC match, is it a pinfall finish? Has that happened before in a TLC match?

The Shield's very first match on the main roster was a 3v3 TLC match with no belts involved.
