Decent work, although I was expecting that from IO after their work on the Pro version. I'd always have to go for the steadier frame rate on both systems though although I do like that there are options so that people can choose what they prefer.

I agree with what they said about the HDR implementation, there's certainly nothing wrong with it but it wasn't as transformative as HDR in some other games. Obviously that's a stylistic choice rather than it being a simple right or wrong situation.

This reminds me of a comment I read on Eurogamer a while back. Basically there was no need for DF to do comparisons anymore since Xbox was going to start coming out ahead.

Developers have stated that it's easy due to it being similar to Xbox one already. So I'm guessing the higher threshold of power allows them to do less work.

The salt and irony over a select few calling out "old shit" is that these games look amazing without having to be fully remastered and in some cases look better than "current gen games."

I'm quite happy that Microsoft is delivering on these promises. Wish it was the same for the Pro.
