Gran Turismo 5 Photo Sharing Thread

Yeah you should be able to use the controller as well if you change the controller setting to "controller #1". You will then be able to use both at the same time.

ok fess up! what did you do with this pic?.....Gawd Damn it looks real.

this wasn't a photo replay thing was it? it looks like game play but caught at just the right time of day/position....just when everything comes together perfectly.
It was a replay of a great race. I drove the GT-R.
No filter or anything. My photo are all "original".

Explored photo travel mode for the first time last night. Took that racing Citroen GT thing to Kyoto.

As you can see from the first photo it didn't really fit into the surroundings so I got a bit abstract.

Nice, love those more abstract-looking shots!

I took one that's virtually identical to your last picture lol.

Ha! Great minds think alike clearly ;-)

The reflections in your shot are much better, but I can't work out what it is? Is it the Suzuka ferris wheel?

It was the night before the Japanese Grand Prix, Bob and a few mates had decided to check out the Kyoto night life. Unfortunately, what started out as a few drinks quickly turned into a full on crawl, until finally they ended up in a 'house of disrepute'. The last thing Bob remembered was being offered a bitter tasting cocktail...

Bob woke groggily to find himself alone in a gutter. As he struggled to his feet he realised something was missing, his wallet! To add to his misery it was only hours until the start of the GP. He had to get back to Suzuka somehow, and fast!

He knew he had a plane waiting to take him back to the track, but no way to get to the airport. His first idea was that maybe some kind soul would take pity on him, but after half an hour of desperately trying to thumb a lift without success he began to wonder if there was something about his appearance that was scaring people away?

He decided to walk to the airport the best he could. After a few minutes of stumbling down the road he saw a car in the distance.

As it quickly disappeared round a corner Bob began to run after it.

By the time he caught up, the car was sat outside a local gangster bar, apparently with the engine still running and no one around.

A plan began to form in his keen racing mind. If he took the car he could easily make it in time for his flight. But, he couldn’t steal it... could he?

OF COURSE HE COULD!

As he staggered toward the car he had a brief moment of doubt. Was he too drunk to drive? As he looked at the dials, he found he couldn’t quite make them out, but hey, he was a professional racing driver, not some dirty pleb! He didn’t need to see, he had his racing instincts!

20 minutes, three bent signposts and a dead deer later Bob made it to the airport and caught his flight with time to spare, his race was saved!

Sadly, at the Grand Prix the next day he threw up in his helmet causing a multiple pileup in which nine people died. But hey, it was damn good sake!

DISCLAIMER: I didn't actually take these with the intention of making this shit story (except the first one which I went back and took), the idea popped into my head when I saw them all together on my PC.

I'm going to try to post pictures of old classics once I get my hands on them. In the meantime, I found this gorgeous shot by ceiling_fan (GTP). Click for delicious 1080p version.
