It's some fucking bull shit if that's the case. Makes no sense to run adverts saying, "pre order the game, and get a beta code," if they aren't going to give you a damn code for doing so.

ok yeah, it gets on your download history even if you download it from the splinter cell disc. im making an account now.

you guys make a list.

just be sure to be on the first couple of names, because around 10-15 some piece of shits gonna get hold of it and change the password. i can make others using the splintercell disc after this one gets compromised, but im heading to class. let me know by pm when that happens and have a second gamertag ready

That hasn't happened before when GAF does lists as far as I remember.

The way it was done for Gears 3 was, we make the list, person does their turn, then says when they are done, and PMs the next person in line the pass/tag, and so on and so forth.

That way, if someoen DOES do that, it's easy to knwo where in line and who it was, so we can at least know who the shit head is.

I can't download for several hours, and even though I asked to be on list first, I'll have to pass for now. Any chance I can make a cut in line later tonight when I get home from work?

first gears account that was passed around here was made by me too lol. it was compromised 7 people in.

but the halo account i passed around was never compromised. it happens, just depends how many douches are in that community

One person needs to control the list. We have a post that shows the list and people post up saying that they want to be added to it.

Or be like me very creative break out 360 hdd put it in a hdd holder and copy beta onto it.
That is how i played Gears 3 beta a week earlier then i was suppose to had it preordered :p

Got my buddy one too and he's in Canada. Told him to redeem ASAP in case they may become invalid or something.

Excited as fuuuuuck for tomorrow night after work.

I'm going straight MGO style up in this bitch. Tazer 'em down, hack right in, tea bag, then shots to the dome. Can you melee people you knock out with a knife? That'd be even more satisfying. <3

Thanks for the heads up I snagged a code for my 360 and PS3. What is kind of funny to me is that I was able to redeem the code on xbox live because I guess it wasnt region locked but my PS3 code didnt work. No problem on the PS3 front because I have a UK account that had no problem redeeming the code. Im in the US btw. Thanks again for the heads up!

Gamereactor code working for me and I'm also in the U.S. (360 version)

At least I'll have sometime to play tomorrow afternoon :D

EDIT: Download complete and added myself to the 360 GAF List. Hope to see some of you guys tomorrow afternoon/evening
