I've always said every 10 or so years we get a couple of those guys. To me the first wave was Valle, Choi and Hsien. Followed by Justin, Combofiend, and Ricky O. Now it's Champ, Pr_Balrog, and Chris G.

You can put Watson before that but he didn't really translate to much other games beside ST > Alpha series, and semi third strike.

Tasty Steve is the BEST

I enjoy UltraChen a lot, but I still prefer Seth Killan, Steve, Yipes + Matrix, and of course everyone's favorite Rush Hour.

As long as you don't give me Skisonic and ETR I'm not really complaining.

Hmm, I concur brah...but at least Skisonic brings the hype sometimes.


And i just might stay tuned for KOF with Tasty Steve being on the mic.

Pad has a major competitive advantage over stick: It's silent. If your opponent is using a stick you have a major auditory stimulus to anticipate an attack. You don't have that luxury when people play on pad.
