Some of these success stories aren't necessarily about the program but more about getting yourself out of the house. The 90 days is for guys that got serious problems like ED. If you are healthy then just stop now and get out there.

Exercise is the very best medicine during those 90 days. Run and lift that stuff out of your body. It's actually really cool when your aching horniness fuels your muscles and your just giving it all, sweating like a mad man. You end up feeling really great about your self, very enjoyable actually.

Thanks heh, it sorta does, but I have a thing for grannies :] I think my arrogance is biting me back, I thought I had suppressed any needs but here I am, edging to questionable content (no touching). I blame saturday and my lack of pussy. I need to fuck something goddamit and I won't be seeing my ex until 18 more days, earlier today I was actually thinking of hitting a whorehouse, a new low but I'm better than that. Day 8 is just about over for me. I figured I'd only post here every week or so unless I'm going crazy.

I just tried this to test willpower I guess, but during this week there were definitely times when I had nothing to do or just felt like simply giving in and watching porn. If I'm being honest with myself, I didn't really like that feeling at all, kind of made me feel a bit weak minded personally. So yeah, I'll continue pushing on for the 90s day thing. Been trying to find other ways to occupy my time and all that jazz
